Villa in Bellagio

Villa with pool and large garden, just 1 minute walk from the lake and Villa Melzi. The house has for each bedroom its own bathroom with shower and toilets (floors 1 and 2). Inside the villa (floor level -1), lives my collaborator Sumedha, who takes care of the house, garden and can prepare breakfast/dinner on request, he will always be available for anything.

Lovely villa in Bellagio

This was a lovely house with views on to lake Como, with ample space, both inside and out, for 6 50+ friends. The house was a short walk in to the centre of Bellagio, but also very close to two excellent restaurants, Silvio and Darsenne di Loppa. Davide provided us with plenty of information before arrival and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Sumedha was wonderful, always available to help. As we were celebrating some special birthdays, we also arranged with him to cook a meal for us one evening. The food was delicious! I would definitely book this property again if we return to Lake Como.

Wonderful place magical holiday

Villa was amazing if anything much nicer than described! Communication with Davide was always quick and very informative . Location was excellent short walk into Bellaggio and a couple of restaurants even closer! The wonderful to Sumi the caretaker looked after us so well we arranged with him to do our breakfasts and shopping and he was friendly and very helpful and food delicious! thank you! The gardens and pool area are great! all together fantastic family and friends holiday! We didn’t have a car and were glad we didn’t the roads are narrow the only reason I could see you might need a car is if you wanted to shop as not sure whether the nearest supermarket is! If you book this villa you will not be disappointed it is lovely thank you!

Wonderful relaxing break

This was idyllic for our group of family and friends. The proximity of the villa to the town, the beautiful accommodation and the pool all made this a memorable stay. And of course, Sumedha was there providing breakfast and assistance at all times.

Great stay

Lovely spacious villa inside and out. Fab pool for cooling off. 10 minutes into Bellagio and other local restaurants even closer. Sammy made us wonderful breakfasts and looked after us brilliantly, always with a lovely smile.

Bellagio 2022

Lovely location and very nice house. Very relaxing garden and pool. Within easy walking distance of Bellagio town and ferries. Car not necessary. Ideal for our group of seven adults. We didn’t realise there was usually a live in housekeeper who used the kitchen and other facilities. Once that was sorted out our stay was fabulous.

Very nice place to stay

Excellent host! He prepared good breakfasts every morning, kept the house clean and was very helpful with information. There are lots of stairs to prepare for in the villa and a narrow walkway to shops and restaurants if you don’t get a rental car. Overall it was clean and is a beautiful villa and grounds with pool and hammock and outdoor patio for meals.

Great house in great location.

Large house worked well for our group of 6 adults. Sumedha made daily breakfast for us which was great. The location is a 10 minute walk to downtown Bellagio, very convenient.

Truly a 10/10!!

Gorgeous location in Bellagio, walking distance to everywhere (restaurants, beaches, ferry, shops). Sumedha the caretakerwas a incredibly helpful and an excellent cook. As a Vrbo property manager myself I absolutely recommend this great villa!

The family and I were very hesitate about staying onsite with a host, have never done it before, but Sumedha was such a blessing. Super helpful and made the experience such a breeze! To top it off we had the luxury of having a beautiful spread for dinner (highly recommend). Overall location was PERFECT walking distance to local Bellagio shops and we truly can’t wait to come back! If you plan to visit during fall/winter the pool is unfortunately not heated but we still took a cold dip!

Beautiful Bellagio Villa

Hello Davide, We just returned home from our wonderful visit at your villa and wanted to tell you that we had the most wonderful time there. The home was spacious, clean and comfortable. Our family of seven adults appreciated having en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom. The kitchen was very well-equipped with all the utensils needed for preparing meals. The grocery store was quite close and had everything we needed. Both Bellagio and San Giovanni were just a ten minute walk away, and then ,of course, the water taxis got us to several cities on the lake. And last, but not least , Sumedha was an added bonus. He was informative and helpful, but not intrusive. We appreciated the breakfast he made for us , the first morning. So, in all, we were extremely pleased with our stay. Could have been wonderful - but too many let downs

This villa has all the makings of a 5 star experience. But too many disappointments. The bedrooms were decent and beds comfortable. One of the ensuites couldn’t be used because of blocked drain in shower so 2 couples had to share a bathroom. The live-in carer said he would attend to it but never did- leaving the soaking towels for us to bring down. The biggest disappointment was the gardens - looked lovely in the photos - they weren’t maintained, the garden furniture was old and the cushions stained. Badly needed moving with grass full of weeds. there were bins full of empty bottles at our door when we came in - these weren’t removed for the whole time we were there. Pool implements lying around the garden and stuff hanging on the lines. To use the washer/dryer/iron needed to go down into the Carers room in the basement which was putrid. So we didn’t use the amenities. Overall - could have been amazing - was disappointing not to be able to enjoy the facilities that are the reason you get a villa.

Amazing Location in Bellagio

We had a lovely trip to Bellagio where we stayed three nights at this home. The best part was the location which was just up the hill and about a 10 minute walk into town. The pool and yard was nice and private with a gate. Based on the original description of the property which has since changed, we were not expecting that the onsite house manager mentioned would be staying in the home with us in the basement with access to the entire house so initially we were a bit surprised. Once we got used to this idea, it was fine as the house manager was kind, friendly and helpful. He was available to make breakfast however we opted to cook our own food and mostly stick to ourselves. The one thing that could have improved was the cleanliness of the kitchen, the clutter, and the quality of the linens and provided soaps as they were super basic and used. We did very much so feel like we were in a shared home, and less like a vacation where we could fully relax. If you don't mind these things this is a great place to stay as it is nice to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group and it is in a fantastic location. However, if you are looking for privacy, and something a bit more upscale, this would not be the one for you. Bellagio is an amazing place to visit so overall we were satisfied with out stay. With a little extra TLC this home could be amazing.

We were not advised someone would be staying in the house and coming and going from the house during our stay.The fridge had food in it. The freezer is filthy and needs defrosting. The hair dryer does not work.the pool needs cleaning

Amazing location in Bellagio!

Our stay at this property in Bellagio was spectacular! Our group had four couples and we were drawn to this property because each couple could have their own room and bathroom. The villa was so nice, and the pool was a great amenity. The property manager, Sumedha, was so kind and made us a delish breakfast the mornings of our stay. This property is also at a great location. I’d highly recommend staying here!

Enjoyed our stay in Bellagio. The caretaker was very helpful and cooked us dinner one night and breakfasts in the morning. The house was nice but wish it had more of a view. It is in a good location but you must walk down a very busy and narrow street to get into town. Be warned when busses are coming by- you have to flatten yourself against the wall! Each bedroom had its own bathroom so it was good for traveling with friends.

Perfect spot for a family

We were 6 adults and a one year old. I picked this villa because of the number of bedrooms(each with a bathroom) , ease to walk to bellagio centrale with no stairs (for stroller), lovely swimming pool and convenience to 2 supermarkets! David was timely With answering (so many!!) of my questions. The pictures and description are completely accurate. All bedrooms and bathrooms were extremely clean and modernized. The house manager does live in the basement- so be aware that he freely comes and goes with no warning. He is so kind, and so helpful! I 100% recommend staying here.

Wonderful villa in Bellagio

Our small group of 4 adults found this villa incredibly spacious and very well equipped including good air conditioning on a very hot week. The villa is clean, grounds lush, and the pool is large and and relaxing. Adding to the property’s appeal is the very kind house attendant who is an excellent cook and will provide breakfast at a very modest fee and who can also arrange to make an amazing meal. The villa is also in an outstanding location. We recommend this villa, no question.

Gorgeous Property

The villa is in the perfect location in Bellagio. Walking distance to shopping, beaches, and the ferry. Sumedha was so welcoming and helpful with everything we needed. He made us a wonderful breakfast each morning. The Villa slept 8 people very comfortably and each bedroom has its own bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Family group

Plenty of room, lots of internal stairs, we used 3 bedrooms all had ensuite. Top floor bathrooms had small showers difficult to use so used 1st floor. Davide went out of his way to make sure our stay was trouble free, got us a high chair for baby at short notice. A 10 min walk to the square gave us plenty of restaurants & shopping options. The pool was great with fantastic views over the bay
