Dear Debra, Many thanks for your comments and feedback. We do provide blankets when the weather gets colder. In the summer months, the central heating comes on in the evening and guests are welcome to light both wood burning stoves. The place soon gets cosy!

Rural retreat

After much searching I came across this gem of a place, the inn is situated in a gorgeous rural setting and absolutely beautiful. It is well resourced and the games room and bar were a huge hit with everyone The owners attention to detail is second to none, right from the moment we walked through the door we felt at home, a beautiful welcome basket was provided along with a lovely hand written note. We will definitely be back

Great unique place to stay

House was very comfortable and well equipped and organized; loved the bar area and that there were several rooms to relax in. There was a really great welcome basket of basics plus treats which we all appreciated. Fabulous area to stay in and we loved walking up the hill near the house every morning, as well as the little loop walk along the river and through the back roads. It's also well worth driving to Rannoch Station; lovely drive along the loch and a great tea room at the end! Owners very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend a stay here

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and the charm of the place. The surroundings are breathtaking, with stunning views that made every morning special. The property itself is beautifully maintained, spotless, and full of character, making it feel both cozy and luxurious. We stayed for 3 days, and every moment was peaceful and relaxing. The location is perfect — close enough to explore local attractions but tucked away enough to enjoy complete tranquility. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.Overall, it was a truly memorable experience, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty and hospitality of Scotland!

Our stay at this beautiful Scottish Highland lodge was exceptional from beginning to end. The lodge was impeccably clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly cozy—the perfect Highland retreat. And our own PUB!!!Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and the amenities were absolutely perfect for our group. It truly felt like a home away from home, surrounded by the beauty and peacefulness of the Scottish Highlands. The owners were fantastic to work with—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable.I cannot recommend this wonderful lodge highly enough. If you are looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and memorable place to stay in the Highlands, this is an absolute gem. We would return in a heartbeat!
