This beautiful apartment is located in a quiet area, surrounded by gardens and nature, just 500 meters from the fabulous Son Bou beach, the longest beach in Menorca. The apartment has all the comforts to spend a dream vacation: fully equipped kitchen, wifi, washing machine and close to the commercial area where you can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants and shops.
In addition, if you wish, you can enjoy a magnificent restaurant with a swimming pool located within the same residential complex.
The restaurant and pool are not directly managed by the company and are seasonal (open in May and closed in October).

Surroundings:

In Son Bou you can enjoy the relaxation of the island by immersing yourself in the crystalline waters of its extensive white sand beach and enjoy the wide variety of restaurants and shops that are only 500 meters away, taking a walk along its promenade surrounded by nature. .

We must highlight its unbeatable location, just 20 minutes by car from the airport, the apartment is located in the middle of the island where you can discover all the corners of Menorca without having to make long journeys.

Le prix et la prestation proposée ne sont pas du tout corrects, nous avions une salle de bain dont le sol se décollait suite à une inondation, ils ont réparé rapidement mais l'odeur était très forte et empestait tout l'appartement Nous sommes extrêmement déçus et aimerions un geste commercial pour le dérangement, de plus le matin l'appartement est très bruyant parce qu'il est situé derrière un restaurant qui a ses livraisons à 7h00 dans l'attente de votre retour cordialement
