Very cozy apartment, near the sea, in a very quiet area Menorca.

Apartment located in a quiet area of Cala Blanca, very close to Ciutadella.

Ground floor apartment, located in front of a green area and very close to the beach. Very quiet area in the same urbanization of Cala Blanca. The area has all kinds of services:
- At 10 meters from the apartment there is a bus stop that connects with Ciutadella and different beaches.
- The pharmacy is 30 meters away. The supermarket and shopping center 50 meters away.
- Access to the surrounding beaches is easy; Walking takes 5 minutes.

Although the car is not essential, it is recommended to rent one to get to know the island thoroughly.

The beach of Cala Bla is 45 meters long and 140 meters wide. Semi-urban beach whose composition is sandy. Very touristy cove that has good equipment and that takes its name from the nearby urbanization, as well as the white color of its excellent sand.

Great property in a great location, very relaxing and well equipped. Would highly recommend it.

The property is very well equipped, in a very quiet convenient location, 5 minutes from the beach and benefits from a Bakery and small supermarket 50 metres away. There are various bars and restaurants within easy reach. The owner, Ivan, couldn't be more helpful. We had a great time and will definitely be returning in the future.

Really Comfortable Casa

Summers almost gone

We had a wonderful time in Pinyeta Pinyol at the end of september. The house is perfectly equipped and it is only 5 minutes to a beautiful bathing bay. The contact with Ivan was very nice. We'd love to come back.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Cala Blanca, située près de Ciutadella et des belles plages du sud. La maison, située à 5 et 10 minutes de marche de 2 calanques, est très confortable et très propre et vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin au quotidien. Le propriétaire, qui a été très disponible, a eu la gentillesse de nous mettre à disposition tout le nécessaire pour débuter notre séjour confortablement (liquide vaisselle, éponge, savon, gel douche, shampoing, papier toilette, sopalin…). La terrasse est également très agréable avec sa douche extérieure. Aucune difficulté pour se garer en plein été devant la maison ! Un grand merci !

Merci à Ivan pour l'accueill. La maison est très bien située sur l'île. Gut ausgestattete und saubere Haushälfte in relativ zentraler Lage von Cala Blanca auf einem gepflegten Grundstück. Sehr aufmerksame Vermieter. Wenn sich Anwohner auf den Weg zur Arbeit machen bzw. zurückkommen kann es auf der Straße manchmal etwas lebhafter zugehen. Den Erholungswert mindert das auf keinen Fall. Abends und nachts ist es sehr ruhig. Bars, Restaurants, kleinere Supermärkte und der wunderbare Sonnenuntergang sind in ca. 5 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir sing gerne wieder zu Gast.

Le lieu est très bien situé à Cala Blanca, il est très confortable et très bien équipé. Ciutadella est facilement accessible par le bus même s’il est préférable d’avoir une voiture pour pouvoir rayonner sur l’île. Bref ! Une très belle diestination,!

A nossa estadia foi ótima. A casa era muito acolhedora e tinha tudo o que era necessário para se estar. Tinha alguns brinquedos para as crianças. É perto de uma praia ótima e tem os serviços necessários em redor (supermercado, farmácia, parque infantil). A zona é tranquila. O Ivan foi extremamente simpático, respondeu muito rapidamente às nossas solicitações. Foi ótimo, recomendamos muito.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana con i nostri due figli e ci siamo trovati molto bene.l'appartamento è carino curato nei particolari, ha persino una lavanderia e tanto spazio per stendere. L'unico appunto è che fa un po' caldo la notte visto che il condizionatore è nella sala. Il resto tutto ok. In zona ci sono diversi supermercati e il mare dista a pochi minuti a piedi dall'appartamento.

Un séjour en famille idéal

Nous ne pouvions espérer mieux que le logement d’Ivan. Cette petite maison est, en plus d’être située dans un lieu calme et à 5 min à pieds de la plage, très propre, confortable, et fonctionnelle. Ivan et son père sont des personnes très accueillantes et nous avons eu le plaisir de trouver dans ce logement les indications des lieux et centres d’intérêts sur Minorque en plus de bonnes adresses pour manger et pour tous les budgets. Nous nous sommes senti comme chez nous. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Ce sont des personnes de confiances. Nous espérons à une autre fois Ivan, et bravo pour tes photos, elles sont magnifiques. Un abrazo 😊
