Step Into Burrow View: A Hidden Underground Haven
If you are looking for a quirky, luxury and everything else in between property suitable for a couple or family, then look no further.
Burrow View is designed and presented to the highest of standards, the use of earthy tones throughout really does allow you to immerse yourself in nature and take in the spectacular view down the valley whatever the weather.
As you arrive at the property from the drive you will be greeted with the exceptional outdoor space, a large patio area that hosts a private hot tub, fire pit, outdoor seating for alfresco dining and the added outdoor kitchen area, perfect for bringing along your own BBQ and cooking with a view What makes this area so special is without a doubt the panoramic views to the front, rolling hills, green trees, blue skies and if your lucky enough to catch a glimpse of them, the Highland Cattle that reside at the site.
When entering the property you will recognise the oval walls, a tell tale sign that you will be enjoying a stay in an ever popular Underground House. Being an open plan property the space inside has really been maximised. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with oven, hobs, microwave, kettle & fridge/freezer. The Belfast sink with stylish gold tap that sits on the grey units really does add that extra character to the kitchen. In this area you will also find the delightful, velour olive coloured sofa, the perfect place for relaxing and as it adds a pop of colour with its orange cushions this really does accentuate the thought that has gone into this interior. Now, the dining area really is the icing on the cake when it comes to this area, located at the front of the property, a hand made wooden breakfast bar graces the bi-folding door, on a beautiful sunny day pull back the glass doors to dine with not only the one of the best views Mid Wales has to offer but also the fresh air too! Illuminated by two pendant light bulbs, this section is another of the many highlights Burrow View has to offer.
This property accommodates up to two adults and two children in one King size bed and a bunk bed to the rear of the property. Nestle under the crisp, white bedding for that much needed early night after a day of exploring or that lie in with breakfast in bed. To the back of the property you will find the bunk bed, with a double bed on the upper bunk and single bed on the lower bunk this ensures plenty of space for a family of up to four.
In the shower room you will find a walk in shower with a charming slate base, free-standing wash basin with illuminating mirror, flushing WC and heated towel rail.
Located in an excellent area, whether you are looking for a relaxing stay at the property or to explore the locality there are lots of things to see and do! Rhayader, a quaint market town is just a mere 2 miles down the road, you will find places to eat and relax in as well as local shops to browse around. Elan Valley and Gilfach Nature Reserve are also just a stones throw away, the perfect places to explore, walk, relax and taking in the rural Welsh air.
Up to two dogs welcome but must be kept off the furniture and on a lead when outside.
NOTE: Please note this property is located next to Cwmythig Moto Cross Track, there are events running on the following dates: Sunday 28th September
