The villa consists of a central terraced building that offers a beautiful sea view, and an annex that houses a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. The villa opens onto an open-plan living area that includes a lounge with sofa, television, dining table, and a fully equipped open kitchen with microwave, citrus juicer and oven. The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms with double beds. The layout is completed by two bathrooms with shower.



The villa's strong points are the garden, the spacious terraces furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers, the private swimming pool and the wood-fired oven with barbecue.

Also known as the capital of the Baroque, the historic centre of Noto was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2002. Among the protected assets you can find Noto Cathedral, the most important Catholic place of worship in the city. Also in the city centre, you must not miss Palazzo Ducezio, a true gem of Baroque architecture that houses the famous Hall of Mirrors inside. Towards the coast lies the natural oasis of Calamosche beach, declared in 2005 as the most beautiful beach in Italy for its crystal-clear waters.



Noto railway station is approximately 5.6 km away, whilst Catania and Comiso airports are approximately 90 and 80 km away respectively.
