Villa Speracedes - The French classic

Welcome to Villa Speracedes.

Villa with fantastic view over Cannes, Côte d`Azure and the Esterel mountains. Perfectly located within walking distance from the medieval village of Cabris. The house has five bedrooms all with their own bathroom and a wonderful view. Come here and enjoy your own little paradise. Just a short drive from Cannes.

In the big cozy living room you we find a 65 inch smart tv, music player, Couches and couch table , dinning table and big glass windows that let you look at the view. There is. also direct access from here to the outdoor and pool area. T

Fully equipped kitchen with things as induction stove, gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer plus dishwasher.

Outdoor space

Parking for 4 cars.

Big private outdoor area including things as pool and lounge area, dinner table and Weber grill. Perfect place to enjoy the sun and get some quality time together.



Surroundings

From the house you can walk for 30 minutes on the small beautiful road t o get to the medieval village of Cabris. Here you have restaurants, historic places, tennis courts, the local food store and a bakery.

Stores, supermarkets and the famous perfume museum is just a couple of minutes drive to Peymeinade and Grasse.
