5 bedrooms with double beds and 1 with 4 single beds. 3 bathrooms and 3 separate toilets. Comfortable house (recent bedding, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and small appliances, WiFi, HiFi / video, TV, etc.).
Terraces and pool exposed to the sun all day long with sea views. Pool maintained (10X5m) deep 80cm at one end and 180cm deep. Tiled and secured by a shutter. Surrounded by 3 terraces (40m2) of which one covered. Parking on the ground.

From 15/10 to 15/04, heating of the swimming pool is on request at an additional cost of 300 E per week.)

Located 5 minutes from the beach, shops of Agay (bakery, pharmacy, supermarkets), the market and other activities. Close to beautiful walks to the Red Rocks of Estérel as well as theme walks in the scrubland organized by the Tourist Office of Agay, equestrian excursions / bikes and of course a wide choice of water sports (school sailing, jet-skiing, water skiing, fishing, diving & snorkeling, ...). For golf enthusiasts: 3 golf clubs nearby (Valescure). Possibility of excursions on foot or by mountain bike in the maquis from the house.
10 minutes from St Raphael and a supermarket (LECLERC). By train, boat, or car from Agay wide choice of cultural destinations (Arena Fréjus ...), large cities (St Tropez -38 km, Cannes -40 km, Nice, Grasses, etc.), charming villages (Vence, Tourettes sur Loup ...) and activities for children (Aqualand, Marineland & Zoo Fréjus ...).
