Open plan living /dining space on the ground floor, with rear paved south facing patio and parking. Absolutely perfect location for both beaches and town, the house is walking distance to 3 beaches, 300 metres from Tolcarne beach,
5 mins walk to Lusty Glaze and another 5 minutes along the breathtaking seascapes on the west coastal path to Porth beach (my happy place).
