A step from Sitges - Fun big family villa with private pool & views

Our house is a beautiful new 400-square-meter villa with a private pool and mountain views. It is located on a small hill in the Els Cards area, a 5-minute drive (3 km) from Sitges’ sandy beach and the city centre.
This new, modern 7-bedroom house, which can accommodate up to 14 people, is spread over 3 floors with 2 entrances on the ground and lower levels of the villa.
The space
The ground floor:
Air-conditioned living room facing the large swimming pool and garden, 55" curved TV with Netflix that can be turned to face the outdoors, fully equipped modern kitchen with a bar table, dining table for 12–14 people, and bathrooms. At the rear of the ground floor, you’ll find a large, air-conditioned bedroom with a king-size bed (160x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom. The room opens onto a private balcony with a seating area and a large window overlooking the back garden.
Ground floor:
There are three other bedrooms with beautiful views. One is a master bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, featuring a king-size bed (160x200 cm), a TV with Netflix, and a private balcony with a seating area facing the pool. A bedroom with a double bunk bed, a fan, and access to a huge balcony overlooking the Garraf Mountains and Sitges. There is also a single room with a fan and a single bed that can be converted into another single bed, allowing two children to stay. They both share a bathroom.
The lower level:
There are three double bedrooms with fans. The larger one has a TV connected to Netflix and access to the back garden; another double bedroom also has access to the back garden; and the third double has a side window. They all share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The highlight of the lower level is the two playrooms: one for kids, featuring a large seating area and a door leading directly to the back garden; and one for adults, complete with amazing amenities such as a high-quality pool table, a home theatre with a huge screen and a Bose sound system, a wine cooler, a fridge, and a bar (we’ll leave 4–5 different bottles as a welcome pack).
Our house is perfect for a family holiday; it can easily accommodate 3 families while still offering plenty of privacy. (More bed arrangements available upon request)
