OTHER AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, TV, and clothesline.
The AC split units can be turned on INDIVIDUALLY, one at a time, and not simultaneously to prevent them from shutting down.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Venice. Starting April 25, a pilot programme for the access fee to Venice’s historic centre will be in effect. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
