Inside, we find a spacious living area, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. The structure also includes a double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. From the window, you can enjoy a splendid view of the city's rooftops and the underlying canal. The apartment is located on the third floor, without a lift. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The Staff were super helpful and extremely friendly and place was clean and great location, but the door was very difficult to open which made it a little inconvenient but overall it was a wonderful stay

I had some trouble navigating Venice on arrival and the host was very flexible, helpful and responded quickly, The apartment was beautiful. It was too hot to open the windows and enjoy the view. The apartment has 2 air conditioning units but only one worked. The host provided extra fans which made it bearable for sleeping. It is on the third floor with no lift. Not a problem for me but maybe be useful information for future travelers. It was easy to walk everywhere and there is a grocery store 5 minutes away. The entrance to the building is next to a canal entrance and you can watch the gondolas go by. I would stay here again,

The property was great except for the number of flights we had to climb. Do no recall seeing that in the listing. Also, they expect us to separate our rubbish, but they only provide us with one container. Overall it was nice and comfortable, perhaps a little more tired than the photos show.

Very nice little apartment. Conveniently located in San Marco. Five minute walk to St Mark's square and basilica, ten minute walk to Rialto. Nice cafe and two quality restaurants within a couple hundred meters (especially impressed by the quality and service at Vino Vino). I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and very spacious and comfortable! It was clearly disclosed, but the steps up three flights of stairs was challenging when we got there. The best news was the AC worked great. Wonderful service and communication by the host company. Stefano was terrific and very responsive, especially when our transportation company changed our logistics at the eleventh hour - Stefano stepped up, got us a water taxi at the last minute, enabling us to meet our driver who took us to the cruise port in Ravenna. Highly recommend.
