DesenzanoLoft were great hosts (!) -- very friendly, communicative, helpful, responsive, provided many great recommendations, and a joy to meet! The apartment was very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable, and the view of the lake (including from the outside deck) was fantastic. Hospitality manager, Kimberly B., was extremely helpful with recommendations, etc., prior to (and the day of) our arrival, as were daily hosts/concierges Emanuele and Sylvia B., who were available to answer/address any questions, needs, etc. -- all were extremely helpful and friendly! The location, immediately across the street from the beautiful boardwalk on the lake, was a short walk to the very charming city center area on the water, the ferry stop, etc., and numerous great restaurants, bars, gelato, grocery stores, etc., were close by. We hope to return to stay again at this apartment -- it was the perfect place for our first visit to Lake Garda!

Italy holiday

We were warmly greeted by Beatriz on arrival to the apartment. She went through the apartment with us very patiently. Unfortunately we had to call her back when we had difficulties in opening the main door. She promptly dropped by and helped us. She also provides us lots of local informations and even informed us of the firework display during the last night of our stay. On the day of departure due to the Cycling festival the road was closed and we had difficulties in booking taxi, Alessandra without hesitation offered to drive us to the train station. We are really grateful for the extend of the assistance they provide to us during our lovely stay in Lake Garda.
