The views from this villa are stunning and the host Augusto could not have been more helpful. It is an older rustic property so there are a few kinks but overall we were very happy. The village within walking distance has some lovely restaurants!

Beautiful setting overlooking Lake Garda. Augusto, the owner was so friendly and helpful. Loved it.

The property is set on a hillside overlooking a beautiful part of Lake Garda. It has every facility that any family require and Augusto the owner is so helpful and will do anything to ensure his clients are happy and satisfied.

Villa bellissima

Wonderful view, totally fenced garden (for our dogs), clean and spacious house. Augusto, the landlord, is very friendly and courteous. We'd come back immediately.

Rustic Romantic Northern Italy

If you are looking for a wonderful rustic but updated home for 8 adults in the beautiful Lago di Garda area, look no further. This home is perfect for your stay. The lake views are superb and the grounds are beautiful and safe behind a gated drive. The owner/host, Augusto is a fantastic host and knows the area well. The small villages near the home are walkable and have great restaurants and markets. The home is a wonderful base for touring the Veneto regions and the Garda lake area towns. For the Americans who choose this wonderful home- you will be comfortable and the home has all the devices and appliances you need except a dryer most homes do not have a dryer at this level. You also will need to supply all your own consumables like extra toilet paper, paper towels and cooking condiments ( salt, pepper spices coffee and filters) Other than these things the home has all the bedding I tenet, TV etc There is a whole home stereo system for music during dinner on the lovely patio.This is a 5 star home and location for those who want a classic Italian farm home experience by beautiful Lake Garda.

This villa is located in a beautiful setting of olive trees and has a spectacular view of the lake. The portico was our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The villa was very charming and comfortable and exceptionally clean. Every room was spotless. Augusto, the host and owner, was especially helpful and always available if and when needed. He gave us many suggestions of places to see and dine. Check-in was a breeze and he even met us a few miles away to personally escort us to the villa. If you are driving be aware the road up to the villa is very narrow and winding, but after a few trips down we had no trouble. There is a little town below with an excellent restaurant and a small grocery store that the description says is “ walk to” but the road down is very steep so the walk back up is challenging. Better to drive the short distance. All in all I would recommend this villa for a family or 2-3 couples, especially because there is a separate entrance to a 2 bedroom, one bath apartment attached to the main house right outside the kitchen. Be aware that what appears to be the main bedroom suite is located in a loft area about 10 steps up from the living room. It’s very spacious with king bed and a lovely bathroom with walk in shower and soaking tub. However it’s an open loft so may not suit everyone. It was fine for us and quite comfortable.

Der Garten und die Terrasse sind wirklich toll und das Highlight des Anwesens. Augusto ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Villa ist groß, meiner Meinung nach entspricht die Einrichtung max 3 Sternen. Ein Schlafzimmer ist auf der Galerie im ersten Stock und offen. Das ist, wenn man nicht mit kleineren Kindern reist, sondern mit anderen Paaren, wirklich ungünstig. Das im Haus befindliche zweite Schlafzimmer ist sehr klein. Schlafzimmer 3 und 4 im Anbau sind durch eine dünne Holzwand, die nach oben offen ist, getrennt und sind dadurch nich wirklich für Paare nutzbar, sondern nur für die eigene Familie, zumal das eine ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Das dazu gehörige Bad ist funktional, aber einfach. Bis auf das offene Galerie Schlafzimmer sind die anderen drei leider etwas muffig, ebenso die Schränke. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, aber klein.Wirklich überrascht waren wir über die Überwachungskamera, die den Garten und die Terrasse auch während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes überwachte. Das empfinden wir schon als Störung unserer Privatsphäre, zumal wir nicht darüber informiert wurden.

Dear guest, I'm happy to hear that you appreciated the villa's location, the patio and the large fully fenced Mediterranean garden, filled with olive, fig, lemon and rosemary trees, where you could relax with your big family and your dog! The style of this villa is typical of this particular area of ​​Lake Garda, famous for its history of producing lemons and citrus fruits in stone and wood structures. The materials, volumes, walls, furniture, tables and chairs that furnish the "Villa dei Rosmarini" truly reflect the typical style of these places, and I'm sorry you didn't appreciate it! For security reasons, the garden and parking area are equipped with surveillance cameras ( communicated and writing on the Agriment that you have signed at check-in ). However, if this this service is not wanted, just warn and the cameras will be deactivated.

Augusto ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter und netter Gastgeber!

Wir können nur positives zum Haus sagen. Wir haben 13 Nächte dort verbracht und jeden einzelnen Tag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist ein bisschen abseits gelegen, mit privater Zufahrt und eigenem Parkplatz im Hof.Es gibt vier Schlafzimmer, drei Bäder, eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer, einen Grill und vor allem eins - gaanz gaanz viel Ruhe! Haustiere sind erlaubt.Wenn man Hilfe benötigt, kann man Augusto einfach über Whatsapp schreiben und bekommt Hilfe.

Ein schönes Lanhaus in traumhaft schöner Lage mit sensationeller Aussicht auf den Gardasee

Meine Frau und ich haben Ende April 2025 zwölf 12 wundervolle Tage in diesem traumhaften Anwesen verlebt. Frühstück mit Sonnenaufgang unter einer sehr großzügig überdachten Terrasse. Sonnenbaden unter alten Olivenbäumen. Abends bei einem Glas Rotwein die sensationelle Aufsicht auf den Gardasee in Ruhe genießen. Wir danken Augusto, unserem Vermieter und Gastgeber, sehr für seine sympathische und kompetente Art. Stets hat Augusto alle unsere Anliegen zeitnah umgesetzt und hat uns mit vielen Tipps (Osteria, Restaurant, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc.) weitergeholfen.Am Ostersamstag-Abend hat er persönlich bei allen zu Fuß erreichbaren Restaurant angerufen und uns einen Tisch besorgt, obwohl alle Restaurants ausgebucht waren. Herzlichen Dank Augusto; wir kommen im Frühjahr 2026 wieder.Charlie

Familientreffen

Drei Familien, 9 Personen und Familienhund, altersmäßig vom Säugling, Schulkind, junge Eltern und bis zu reifen Senioren haben sich in dem schön eingerichteten Haus, mit Blick auf den Gardasee äußerst wohl gefühlt und eine harmonische Woche erlebt. Viel Raum, toller Garten, Restaurants und kleines Alinentari fußläufig in der Nähe und ein empathischer, hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir haben in der Villa mit Freunden und Familie (7 Personen) einen wunderschönen Urlaub verlebt. Der Ausblick jeden Morgen zum Frühstück ist einfach unbezahlbar. wunderbarer Aufenthalt

der Gastgeber war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit und dabei und niemals aufdringlich -trotz einer Riesenauswahl von Ausflugs-und Essensmöglichkeiten, die er vorgeschlagen hat- wir haben sehr gerne einige davon besucht und waren nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus ist ein phantastisch schöner Ort für- in unserem Fall -2 Personen - eine Landhaus in bestem Sinn- von uns gibt es eine Empfehlung.

Erholung pur

Wir (Familie von 5 Personen mit Hund) haben eine wunderschöne, erholsame Woche bei Augusto verbracht. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles da, was man braucht. Wifi war auch einwandfrei, was man mit Teenagern braucht! Am schönsten war der Garten, der übrigens rundherum eingezäunt war! Wann immer wir im Haus waren, saßen wir auf der Terrasse und haben die Aussicht auf den See genossen! Augusto war ein sehr herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Vielen Dank für alles! Einfach wunderbar!
