This villa is in an excellent location, close to a bus stop, a shopping centre, and a pharmacy, and just a few minutes from Cala Blanca Beach. It also features front and back porches, where you can enjoy a barbecue. Hammocks, a beach umbrella, a table, and chairs are provided for use by the pool (shared with only one neighbour). A spacious landscaped area ensures greater privacy. A safe is available.

Tout était parfait !

Jolie petite maison dans un quartier très calme. Rue à sens unique avec places devant la maison. Coucher de soleil sans vis à vis, bars, restaurants et même petit supermarché à 5 minutes à pieds en remontant vers le nord. A même pas 10 minutes à pieds côté sud, la Cala Blanca est superbe et est équipée de bars et restaurants abordables. Le centre de Cuitadella est à 10 min en voiture (sans compter le temps pour se garer... :-)

Zona tranquilla e ben servita. Casa accogliente e pulita con tutto il necessario. Piscina e a pochi metri tramonti bellissimi. Accoglienza e gentilezza top
