This place is amazing. If you want the perfect balance of "home from home" apartment that's modern, clean, spacious, comfortbale... with all the benefits of hotel service with breakfast and dinner waiting for you, then this is the place.
The staff work incredibly hard and they are approachable, friendly and attentive. I really cannot fault any of the service i received from this place. The food is fantastic - there is something for everyone. The location also is perfect to enjoy Cala Galadana.
I think above all else, the apartment suite was just amazing. I cpuld fully relax and wasnt stuck to one bedroom like most hotels. The decor is really modern, clean, airy.
You won't be disappointed if you stay here.
Just come back from a weekend break at these appartments and much better than I was expecting. Check-In was fine we were a little early had to wait about 20 mins for appartment to be ready but that was fine.Once we got our key to the room the lady on reception took us directly to it and even carried my heavy suitcase up the stairs for me .The appartment was basic but very clean with a small balcony with table and chairs disappointed that there was no kettle though this is a basic kitchen item which in my opinion should be supplied as standard. On a plus the beds were extremely comfortable they are quite clearly new memory foam mattresses and a ceiling fan also in the bedroom which meant an excellent nights sleep. The shower in the bathroom was ok and the water temperature luke warm in summer no real issue. The pool area was clean and plenty of loungers pool itself nice and warm as the sun is on it all day.Location good not too far to walk to shops bars and a nice little beach cove area .My only issue was the reception was closed all day on Sunday and when at the pool this meant to use a toilet you had to go to your room which was a bit of a pain and on check out we were leaving at 8am in the morning and no one was around to leave the key with as reception didn't open until 11 am so had to just leave in the door. All in all we had a good stay and would use the appartments again especially as the beds were so comfy.
Hotel is very well located in Cala Galdana. The room was actually an apartment, with all the kitchen elements to cook if needed and a great balcony. We combined our beach holidays with a cycling bootcamp, and the hotel was perfect for bike storage and washing/drying clothes from one day to the other. Would recommend to anyone, specially for families with small children.

Lovely pools. Cold in 2nd half of September though. Wear insect repellent as midges aren't obvious and bite! Minimart both expensive and understocked. Nearest excellent supermarket is Diskont, 15 mins walk away but well worth it to stock up and make your own breakfasts as breakfasts in resort are expensive at 12€ pp. There is also a nice café outside this supermarket. Table tennis disappointing as borrowers of bats and balls didn't return to Reception after use so we couldn't play! Food not served from pool bar in evening after 3pm, which caught us out but there are a couple of beach bars on adjacent beach. The buffet restaurant we used once but set price doesn’t include any drinks. It was okay but appreciated the good bus service which is more frequent on weekdays than weekends, so plan around that if you don't have a car, which we didn't. No kettle so glad I brought my drinks heater.
These are excellent apartments in a good location. The apartment we stayed in was very well equipped with everything we needed. The apartments are situated in a quiet part of Cala Galdana where we had a lovely view of the river and adjacent countryside but we were still only a few minutes from the beach and several restaurants. Our hosts were lovely and couldn't have been more friendly or helpful.
