Large family house classified 3 stars by the department of Charente Maritime, can easily accommodate 2 to 3 families (2 couples and up to 6 or 7 children) or 3 couples (since 3 double beds), ideally located, location number 1, with the beach at 50 m, the shops and the market at two minutes, the port and the station sailing at 200 meters.
Even the car is on vacation, no need to take it back for the duration of your stay.
this house has been completely redone in 2014, It is maintained each year and improved for your comfort. The service is worthy of a hotel, your beds are indeed made upon your arrival to make the most of your stay.
Out of season, the ping pong table in a space provided at the back of the house will challenge young and old ... .to you laugh !!!

Très bien dans l ensemble

Maison fonctionnelle idéalement située à Saint Denis ( proche du marché et des plages) avec un grand jardin arborée très appréciable.Accueil chaleureux de Claudine qui s’est montrée très réactive pour les derniers ajustements lors de l’installation.Petit bémol pour la faiblesse du wifi Idéal pour des vacances en famille!

La maison est bien équipée, très bien située, grand jardin clos idéal pour les enfants avec grande terrasse couverte . Très proche de la plage , petit marché tous les matins, port animé avec restaurants à proximité. Bref rien à redire une location top à conseiller !

Tolle Lage und viel Platz

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. 2 Gehminuten zum Strand und 5 Gehminuten zum Markt, Supermarkt und Bäcker. Hafen mit Restaurants auch um die Ecke. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz, riesiger Garten mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten, Schaukel und Tischtennisplatte. Ausstattung absolut in Ordnung. Einziges kleines Manko ist die doch recht enge und einzige Toilette. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen. Fünf Sterne!

Un rapport qualité/prix à revoir à la baisse

De sympathiques vacances dans une maison bien située entre la plage et le marché avec un grand jardin pas assez isolé de la rue trop de vues sur la maison, finir les plantation de clôture. - Mobilier de jardin à rafraîchir - Agencement intérieur confortable 3 belles chambres, plus une quatrième en mezzanine qui manque d'intimité malgré le rideau. Pour un confort plus grand, créer un WC de taille normale et une autre salle d'eau. Un rapport qualité/prix à revoir à la baisse, si les observations faites ci dessus ne sont pas prises en compte.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Carine. Elle est vraimennt pro, dispo et sympa, ce qui ne gâche rien! La maison est spacieuse, confortable et très bien située (vraiment à 50 m de la plage). Les extérieurs de la maison sont très agréables, deux terrasses et un grand jardin avec une balaçoire

Sans surprise location de haut niveau accueil parfait

Parfaitement Conforme à la réalité est au Photos avec un accueil carrément pro je recommande chaudement cette location extrêmement bien placée dans un village où il y a tous les services, Marché, supérette, boulangerie, pharmacie, tabac, presse, magasin de déco, multiples restaurants..... Nous avons passé des vacances sans voiture ce qui est assez rare aujourd’hui Carine a réussi à nous avoir des vélos de location à moitié prix Et nous nous sommes déplacés ainsi

Maison très agréable et super bien placée. Plage, marché, commerces on peut tout faire à pied ou à vélo... Le grill de la maison a été bien apprécié et la cuisine est bien fournies: grandes casseroles (nous étions 8) et tout ce qu’il faut pour tous les jours... Lits très confortables. Accueil chaleureux et Carine dispo pour tous conseils et autres renseignements.

Plage à une minute à pied . Marché et village à 5mn. Bateau pour Aix à 5mn aussi. La maison est très bien située, très bien équipée et décorée. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à 10. Super accueil et notre hôte est disponible si besoin. Nous recommandons vivement

Agréable séjour à la Bergerie en ce mois de juin. Avec des tout-petits, nous avons particulièrement apprécié : - l'espace extérieur : terrasse, terrain de jeux, ombrage - la proximité immédiate de la plage.

Pas de voiture Carine n'avait pas menti Tout est a porté DONC on ne reprend pas la voiture C'est la première fois que je pars dans de telle condition Moi qui habite Paris j'ai vécu au ralenti ET ca fait un bien fou En même temps le fair de ne pas prendre la voiture on profite de chaque instant J'ai reserve Pour l'année prochaine ET en plus je viendrai en train + bateau Le bonheur complet

Maison parfaite, grande, bien décorée ET A l'abri des regards Par compte dommage que la commune fasse des travaux à cette période Car la rue a été ouverte et c'est vrai que si on a tout fait pour nous faciliter la vie c'est dommage qu'ils ne fassent pas les travaux en hiver .....les communes ne pensent qu'aux estivants de l'été !!!

Génial SUPER emplacement vacances reposantes et zen

Maison très bien équipée, propriétaire aux petits soins, literie exceptionnelle ET surtout personne ... ce dont nous rêvions .... la tranquillité Par compte tous les commerces de proximité était ouvert en ce mois de février Pour sur on reviendra d'autant plus que nous avons visité les autres maisons de carine ET elles sont toutes très jolies
