Luxury 2 Bedroom Wyndham Nashville Condo

This incredible 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is available for rent at an affordable price! The Wyndham Nashville Resort is located about a mile away from the legendary Grand Ole Opry and the Opry mills outlet mall. Wyndham Nashville is close to many of the city's most popular attractions and about a 15 minute drive to downtown. The resort has 2 outdoor swimming pools, an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor hot tub, fitness center, basketball, picnic/BBQ area, and live entertainment.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom varies from 2 full size beds or two twin size beds along with a second full size bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa sleeper and balcony.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The guest checking into the condo must be at least 21 years old.

We can put up to two names on the guest confirmation and the rest of the guest can be added at check in. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $99 CHANGE FEE.

The resort requires a security deposit of $250.00 at check in.

Great Suite

This was a 2 bedroom Wyndham Resort suite that also included a kitchen, living space, and a balcony! It was clean and we had more than enough space for all of us. It’s a great location just outside of downtown Nashville (but there’s a shuttle that runs all day) and it’s literally down the block from the Opry. We would definitely stay again! Side note: the owner warned me prior to our trip to avoid the timeshare spiel they try to entice you with. We did not listen - totally our fault, they got us with the free stuff - but the timeshare staff there are extremely pushy and it took up 3 hours of our morning! Again, our Vrbo renter advised us against it prior, so definitely take that advice!!!

Short trip to Nashville

My fiancé and 2 of our friends stayed here as a short trip to Nashville. The shuttle is very convenient, location is nice and has some hometown bars nearby. Overall it was everything we needed. Thank you!

Just Fine

Our stay was just fine. The grounds and exterior of the condo complex was great. Our room however was very dated and kind of gross. I looked at the listing pictures after checkin and realized there were more updates units. Our unit was old, the furniture was really used and stained, and the floors were pretty dirty or just stained. I will say, we peeked into a neighboring unit being remodeled and it looked beautiful! I would suggest for anyone checking in to be more adamant they get a newly remodeled unit. Otherwise, the stay was great!

Quiet, responsive to our issues

PROS -There is a shuttle from the resort to Broadway - $10 a person round trip, which is MUCH cheaper than an Uber. -Wyndham staff was responsive with our maintenance issues. They provided free passes for the shuttle because of the issues. -Condo was well-equipped and ideal if you are making your own meals. -The master bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. (We didn't use the second bedroom). -It was a quiet stay; even with construction near us, we barely heard anything the whole time we were there. This was very relaxing. -The hosts responded to our questions and concerns. CONS: -The location is farther out from nearby restaurants than I thought (Scoreboard, Nashville Palace) and is not ideal for walking. When I looked at the Google maps prior to booking, I thought we could walk the half mile to those restaurants. There are no sidewalks and minimal lights. If you have a car, then you're fine; we did not. -We had a few maintenance / cleaning issues. I used the Jacuzzi tub and I turned on the jets; after sitting for a bit, I realized there was dirt/mildew floating in the water. When I drained it, the bottom was full of dirt/mildew. (We told the front desk and they cleaned it during the afternoon while we were gone downtown.) I tried it again and, while it was cleaner, we had it cleaned again. We just stopped using it. The water pressure was low on the shower and the toilet didn't stop running; we informed the front desk and they fixed it immediately.

People were very friendly and helpful. Mattresses is our unit unacceptable. The management replaced them within one hour. The location was great, the unit was clean. I recommend not taking ground floor; too much noise from people above us. They supplied list of restaurants and helpful to find best pizza delivery. Did not like the pressure to buying Wyndham vacations.

Be aware of the "90 minute presentation" We signed up for it and 3 hours later we were finally released. We continually told them we were not interested in buying, but they ignored that and continued to try and brow bear us into buying the property.
