About the host
Hosted by RACHEL AND CHRIS CROCKER
I was born in Cornwall and have lived here for most of my life. I have enjoyed catering for our guests for over 40 years, offering B&B or self catered accommodation and I love to share this beautiful place that I live in. My husband and I live and work on the farm and are nearby if you need anything but will leave you in peace to enjoy your holiday.
Why they chose this property
We are located at the end of a country road leading to the sea. The SW coast path runs along the edge of our farm and we are blessed with amazing scenery, stars at night, sunsets over the sea, the song of skylarks and also the sound of the sea when the wind is from the west. Totally peaceful , no traffic, a peaceful night is guaranteed. Great for walking but you will need a car to explore the area in full. Around 5 minutes drive will bring you to a couple of pubs, a safe sandy beach, 2 cafes, small local stores for basics and more and even a tennis court by the sea. There is a lively local community and usually something going on to entertain you during the summer.
What makes this property unique
Privileged location on National Trust coastal farm by the sea yet close to all attractions. Great location for exploring the north Cornish coast and beaches with access to walks from the garden gate. Beautiful farmhouse full of character.
