Spacious modern 3 bedroomed bungalow, close to beaches and coast path

A great location for those looking for an excellent base from which to explore the North Cornish coast.

Only a 5 Minute drive to Widemouth Bay, perfect for sunbathing and surfing.
Easy access to the South West coast path, the local bus stops very close to Windover, or a short drive away to pick up the coast path.

Bude the nearest town provides a variety of restaurants and cultural attractions including the Bude canal. Boscastle, Port Isaac (home of ITV's Doc Martin), King Arthurs Tintagel, the cobbled village of Clovelly, and within an hours drive is Dartmoor and Bodmin moor , Stunning surfing beaches in Newquay, various National Trust properties, The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan and much more to suit visitors of all ages and interests. The local cinema is located within just a few minutes easy stroll away.

The accommodation features a spacious lounge/diner with log burning stove, TV DVD and media system, a large conservatory/sun room overlooking the garden. A fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, ample storage, dishwasher, built-in oven and microwave and hob, Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Master bedroom with king size bed, TV and newly refurbished ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. Double room and twin room share a newly refurbished family bathroom.

Ample off road parking, secure storage available for bicycles and surfboards.
Wrap around large garden with patio seating area with a charcoal BBQ for al fresco dining.
Dogs by arrangement £20 per dog per stay- payable on arrival

Perfect house. So comfortable and really clean

The house had everything we needed. Well equipped. And was in easy access to a few beaches. The conservatory is wonderful to sit in early morning or late evening.

Lovely stay

The bungalow was lovely. Perfect for what we needed ( A family of 3 generations and a dog). The garden was fully enclosed so our dog could relax after a busy day and so could we. Host was very prompt with responding too.

Lovely property

Had a great stay at this property, very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed, can’t think of anything to change about it. Enclosed garden was great for the dog and the toys for the children were much appreciated. Thanks so much. Definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely Bungalow

We enjoyed our week at your property. It is so spacious and comfortable. The location is great. We even enjoyed a movie at nearby Rebel Cinema. Bude was handy for groceries as well as a walk along the cliffs. Thanks very much.

We all had a great time it felt like home everything you needed was there the only thing we would like in the holiday home was a grab rail in the ensuit shower and by the toilet we would still book it again

Property very clean, well equipped and bigger than expected. Although next to a main road, very little noise, garden area and furniture available for warm evenings, local information available in property, well equipped for children, books and toys available if required. Beautiful house. Accurately described. The dogs loved the garden. All communication with the owner has been swiftly responded to. The owners have thought of every little thing. We would definitely stay again. A car is needed to make the most of the local attractions and beaches.

Great place for family holidays with children and older relatives

A lovely spacious home with a great selection of toys for young children to play with. Slight downside was that it backed onto a busy main road so wasn't as peaceful as we would have hoped but it is well situated for days out. Showers looked great but had such bad water pressure that we were left disappointed. Aside from this the property had everything we needed.

Beautifully decorated,spacious house

We were very impressed with the house. Spacious, lovely decorated, very well equipped. Lots of books and games but we were lucky with the weather enjoying the places of interest around the Bude and Bude itself. Just one issue- strong scent of dump on the arrival but overall everything excellent. Thank you

Lovely Place

Lovely spacious house with everything you needed. Host was very kind. The beds were really comfortable which is (please other hosts note!) which is we feel is a priority when coming away on holiday. Many beds are so hard. These were great. Many thanks Rachel from us all.

Enjoyable visit

We stayed at the property from 6/20 to 2/28/24 and it was a positive experience. The Bungalow was very clean and suited us just fine. The garden and the conservatory were lovely. Sadly, because the weather was very cold in the evening, we were unable to utilize the garden but the conservatory was very cosy, especially in the evening. Supermarket shopping in Bude is a few minutes away by car. All the usual visitor sites are easily accessible and we even went all the way to Land's End. I would recommend this property as a good place to stay.

This is one gem of a home from home. Truly spacious, modern, with every little detail imaginable taken care of - and more. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen, living/dining room, and even the conservatory well appointed. Both bathrooms were clean and spacious with really hot and powerful showers. The complimentary apple cider, Cornish biscuits and milk were a godsend. We were there for only 2 nights with our Italian Greyhound but wish we had stayed longer. Still managed to visit Lands End, Lizard point, Pentire point, Eden project and some gardens!! Will definitely stay there again!!
