2 Bedroom Condo, ski in and ski out access. Perfect summer getaway!
This 1300 square foot condo is located in beautiful Mountain Village near the base of the Telluride Ski Resort. The property is the perfect location for summer festivals, winter and spring skiing, fall colors or winter getaways.
Bedroom one features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and jetted tub, upgraded linens, a 46 inch flatscreen TV, and a safe.
Bedroom two has a king bed that can be split into 2 twins, a flatscreen TV and an adjacent bathroom in the hallway with a jetted shower/tub.
The open living space features a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer closet, a dining table that seats 6, breakfast bar seating for 4, a pull out couch with a queen airbed, a 50+ inch flatscreen TV and a push button gas fireplace.
Bear Creek Lodge offers the following features to all guests:

*2 Heated Outdoor Hot Tubs
*Fitness Center
*Free WIFI
*Free Parking
*Shuttle Service to the Gondola and to select locations in Mountain Village

This is the perfect location for a family or a small group anytime of year. We are fractional owners that stay here at least two weeks of the year, and we rent out the weeks that we cannot make it.
Dogs are allowed for a non-refundable fee of $100 paid to the lodge at check in. Dogs must be kept on leash at all times.

We have been visiting Telluride from Phoenix for over 20 years. Our family of four loves to get away to this location to play in the snow on the slopes in the winter, and to enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, rafting and more in the cool summers.
Why they chose this property
Location, location, location! Bear Creek lodge is a ski in, and ski out facility. You can't beat that. In the summer you can walk to the Gondola in 2 minutes, or take the complimentary shuttle to get to the Gondola or to Mountain Village. In addition, you are minutes away from the grocery store and numerous restaurants and bars in Mountain village. And, you are a 12 minute scenic Gondola ride to the town of Telluride.
Finally, we love the amenities at Bear Creek Lodge such as the patio, heated pool, hot tubs, sauna, grill, game room, fitness center, ski storage, ping pong table and more.

Outstanding customer service. If something breaks, the maintenance team is on site to fix it. The team at the front desk is excellent. A mid week cleaning is included, and the condo is fully stocked and ready to go for you.
