This comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom Cimarron Lodge condo is nestled between Coonskin Lift #7 and the San Miguel River.
This condo is located on the second floor of the Cimmaron Lodge. Guests enter from an exterior outdoor walkway into the home, which has a large, open living space. The living room has flat screen TV, Roku, and DVD player. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for two, as well as stainless steel appliances, a toaster, a microwave, a coffeemaker, and everything needed to complete a full meal. The adjacent dining room has seating for six.
The first floor of this home also has a bedroom with two twin beds, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a single vanity. There is a stacked private washer/dryer in the hallway.
Up a flight of stairs is the master suite. The master suite has a queen bed with a comfortable mattress topper, flatscreen TV, DVD player and an enclosed deck with views of the ski hills. The ensuite bathroom has a single vanity and a shower/tub combination.
Cimarron Lodge is a true ski-in/ski-out property in the town of Telluride. Ski-in/ski-out access is available when Lift #7 is open. The chairlift is located right next to the property, making it easy to ski in and out during the season and enjoy quick access to the mountain.
All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.
*Home Truths:* - Complex amenities include two outdoor hot tubs, gas grills, and a private ski locker. - There is no A/C at this property. - We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - This home has access to a communal hot tub. - Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates. - Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.
Parking Details: - The building has an underground parking garage with one parking spot available on a first-come, first-served basis. - Only one vehicle receives free parking. All other vehicles are required to pay to park.
A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

This house was perfect for our stay. We were able to do easy day trips to many beautiful towns in Umbria and Tuscany region. The house was clean, spacious, ac in every bedroom, and the pool was great for our kids. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
Lift right out the door and easy access to town. Perfect.

Great Locat could use some upgrades!
Great location, Interior could use upgrades on mattresses and older furniture. No elevator so you have to climb stairs to get to the unit. Overall our stay was good.
Great Location, Ski in / Ski out, good size and amenities, some nice touches with the apartment - Roku, Ski locker, kitchen well appointed for home cooking if required.

Pictures don’t capture reality
The location is great, but the condo is dark (very poor lighting, especially upstairs) and feels old and dingy. Beds and living room furniture are uncomfortable. We left a day early because the beds were so bad. Overpriced for what it was, wouldn’t stay again.

Property was very spacious giving you room for yourselves and your equipment. Stocked with all necessary amenities needed to cook and save money while out there. Overall would absolutely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. However here are a few suggestions for the owners. I would upgrade the mattresses, shower heads and pull out cough mattress. Pull out couch was sleeping on springs needed to grab pad in upstairs room and other mattresses are close to sleeping on springs as well. Second suggestion is to have people park at the Chair lift 7 free parking to unload, the walk from the parking garage is very far to carry all the equipment and luggage. Again nothing that would keep me from staying again just a few things to make this place AMAZING!!! Overall very happy.

After a very long drive, we arrived to the property late in the evening only to find that ALL the door garages codes were incorrect in all the check-in documents. My 86 yr old father, my kids and I had to stay outside freezing until I was finally able to talk to a person from AvantStay who took another 20 min to finally get the code to the front door. Absolutely ridiculous. After finally getting into the condo we were teleported back to 1970/1980 b/c the condo, carpet, everything hasn’t been touched or updated since. Telluride is too great of a town to have your experience spoiled by this place - look elsewhere!!
