Apartment Vista Verde is new to the rental market. It is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, located on the Boavista Golf Resort, situated in Lakeview Village.
This ground floor apartment offers two terraces on the east and west sides, providing sun or shade throughout the day. Consisting of a large open plan lounge and dining room, the back terrace is accessed here and overlooks the 16th green with views onwards to the town of Lagos. Perfect for enjoying breakfast and lunch on this terrace as it receives morning sun.
The bedrooms are located on the west side of the apartment, both opening out to the front terrace with a comfortable sitting area, benefitting from afternoon sun. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower overhead. The twin bedroom has two single beds, large wardrobe and has a separate shower room.
Only 30 metres from the apartment is the large communal outdoor swimming pool which is heated during the months of May - September.
Boavista Golf Resort has a number of facilities, of which guests can benefit from a discount. There are two restaurants, golf course, spa & indoor swimming pool / sauna, tennis courts and gym.
