Welcome to The Orchard House, a rare creekside retreat tucked into a private red rock canyon along Oak Creek. Just five miles from Uptown Sedona and a scenic 30 minute drive from Flagstaff, this peaceful haven offers easy access to hiking, dining, shopping, and outdoor adventures.

Inside, comfortable leather furniture and large windows fill the home with natural light while framing beautiful views of the creek, canyon, and surrounding Sedona landscape. Step outside with your morning coffee, listen to the soothing sounds of flowing water and rustling trees, and watch a wonderful variety of canyon birds gather around the feeder. Fully furnished for up to six guests, The Orchard House is a relaxing place to slow down, reconnect with nature, and experience the beauty and serenity of Sedona.

This fully furnished 4-bedroom, 2-bath cottage blends cozy cabin charm with modern comfort, featuring a large deck overlooking the creek and a separate bunkhouse/game room over the garage.

*The yard does not have direct creek access, but the creek is approximately a 3-minute walk away. If you’re heading down, you’ll find helpful extras available, including rafts, towels, coolers, and balls.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE (SEASONAL ACCESS AND WEATHER)
*Because this is a mountain property near the creek, Oak Creek can rarely overflow the neighborhood bridge, typically around early March due to snowmelt from Flagstaff combined with heavy rain. In these rare cases, access in or out of the neighborhood may be limited for hours or occasionally longer. Please monitor weather forecasts, keep extra food on hand, and plan accordingly.
*AWD or 4WD is recommended in winter months due to possible snow
*Do not cross the bridge if posted signs indicate “Do Not Cross,” or if there is snow on the bridge
**Service Animals** Although we love animals and pets dearly, please reach out to us prior to booking so that we can tell you about the safety concerns of being in the canyon.
