This Sedona villa has 5 bedrooms - a king master, a king guest (with twin on opposing wall w/ twin trundle underneath), and Guest Room 3 is equipped with a King, and Guest Room 4 has a unique "Queen" bunk (top and bottom) and a twin on opposing wall, and Guest Room 5 has a unique 'Queen' bunk top and bottom. (**NOTE**: These last 2 rooms of 5 are off the side of the garage). There is also a sleeper sofa: a Queen.
