Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa la settimana di Ferragosto in quattro persone e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. La casa era ben pulita, accogliente e offriva tante comodità, oltre a rispecchiare pienamente la descrizione. La posizione è comoda sia per rilassarsi che per visitare i dintorni. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili, sempre disponibili e attenti alle nostre esigenze. Un ringraziamento speciale per la loro attenzione e sensibilità, che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole!!Un’esperienza che consigliamo con piacere!

Ottima Accoglienza

Ci siamo trovati molto bene,la signora Maria è presente per qualsiasi necessità, e ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. L’appartamento rispetta la descrizione è ben fornito , ha un bello spazio fuori per rilassarsi. Si trova vicino a una strada che collega bene alle varie località.

Schöner Urlaub in der Toskana

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einer gepflegten Unterkunft. Die nette Familie des Vermieters wohnt im Nachbarhaus und ist bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Der Strand war mit den uns zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrrädern gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank an Marcello und seine Familie: Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub!

Ottimo Soggiorno

Casa pulita con tutto l'occorrente e in ottima posizione come base per visitare i dintorni Toscani e non solo. L'accoglienza dei proprietari è stata una coccola durante il soggiorno, massima disponibilità. Un posto dove tornare.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene , casa ottima con tutto il necessario , pulita ed ordinata , posizione tranquilla , si può raggiungere facilmente le spiagge . Marcello e famiglia molto disponibile e gentile , ci siamo trovati come a casa con loro . Se decideremo di tornare nei pressi sicuramente l’alloggio sarà la prima scelta .

Esperienza meravigliosa

Abbiamo trascorso qui 3 piacevolissime settimane in agosto. Avevamo letto recensioni molto positive ma la realtà ha superato le aspettative! Ci siamo sentiti come se fossimo stati ospiti d amici o in famiglia, viziati e coccolati e abbiamo passato una vacanza davvero molto piacevole. Tutta la famiglia dei proprietari è molto simpatica, gentile, accogliente, generosa e disponibile. L'appartamento è molto bello, pulito e dotato di ogni comodità; il giardino è grande, molto ben curato e attrezzato anche con molti giochi per i bimbi. Sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr entspannter Urlaub gewesen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und herzlich. Mit den bereit gestellten Fahrrädern lassen sich Strand und Ortskern sehr schnell und gut erreichen. Einziger Nachteil ist die direkt daneben liegende Hauptstraße und der Lärm von startenden Düsenjets. In der Nähe ist ein Luftwaffenstützpunkt. Aber dies war nicht weiter störend oder großes Kriterium. Alles in allem war es super, wir würden wieder kommen!

Erholsame Familienferien

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Anwesen sehr genossen. Die Wohnung und der Garten sind liebevoll gepflegt, die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Sie haben uns Ausflugstipps gegeben und uns Velos zur Verfügung gestellt. Unsere Kinder haben mit den Kindern der Vermieter schnell Freundschaft geschlossen und viel zusammen gespielt. Wir erinnern uns gerne an diese unvergesslichen Ferien in der Toscana. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles! Claudia, Pascal und Familie

Casa stupenda, luogo magico, proprietari gentilissimi

Ho soggiornato in questa stupenda casetta con la mia famiglia ad agosto. Avendo un bambino di due anni e mezzo, volevo una casa con uno spazio esterno. Ho trovato un luogo davvero magico. Casa pulitissima, con ogni comfort. Giardino grande, bellissimo e tenuto in modo esemplare. Con giochi per i bimbi, sdraio ,barbecue e una pace senza eguali. La casetta è immersa nella maremma a pochissimo dal mare di Principina. I proprietari ci hanno fornito gratuitamente due biciclette per poter raggiungere la spiaggia con una breve passeggiata. Marcello e la signora Maria sono delle persone squisite. Ci torneremo.

Wir kommen wieder

Wir waren in der Ferienwohnung mit unseren 2 Kindern und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus liegt etwas zurückgesetzt von der Straße und ist von einem schönen Garten umgeben und umzäunt. Für kleinere Kinder gibt es Spielgeräte im Garten, für Größere Tischtennisplatte und Fahrräder. Im Haushalt war wirklich alles vorhanden und sauber. Marcello, Maria und Mauro haben sich sehr gastfreundlich und aufmerksam um uns gekümmert. Die Entfernung zu verschiedenen Stränden ist mit dem Auto in 5min zu bewältigen und auch sonst gibt es genügend zu besichtigen. Wir werden gerne wieder in diese Wohnung zurückkommen.

Una vacanza rigenerante in un ambiente familiare e in ottima casa

La casa in cui siamo stati ospiti ha superato le nostre aspettative. L'ambiente era accogliente, molto pulito e ordinato con tutto il materiale necessario per trascorrere la vacanza come fossimo a casa nostra. Abbiamo trascorso molte ore all'ombra di un magnifico albero a leggere, chiaccherare e riposare. La pista ciclabile è fronte casa e l'abbiamo utilizzata sia per le camminate sia con le biciclette messe a disposizione dei proprietari. Mauro e Maria (i proprietari ) sono stati splendidi, discreti e cordiali, sempre disponibili. Maria ci ha deliziato con le sue torte e con il mirto e limoncello e con il suo grande cuore. Quando l'orto lo consentiva hanno condiviso i loro prodotti: deliziosi! Anche i loro figli con le rispettive famiglie ci hanno sempre accolto con il sorriso. Una vacanza veramente bella. Appartamento confortevole e spazioso

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa meravigliosa casa io con il mio compagno e un'altra coppia di ragazzi dal 13 al 20 agosto 2016. Le foto riportate sul sito rispecchiano nei minimi dettagli la casa, ben curata e fornita di ogni necessità. L'area esterna è un paradiso. I proprietari sono delle persone fantastiche, è davvero piacevole passare del tempo a chiacchierare con loro, li ringraziamo per tutto ciò che ci hanno offerto.

appartamento spazioso,pulitissimo e comodo. Il giardino è curato e ben tenuto. Il mare è facilmente raggiungibile sia in auto che in bicicletta. L'appartamento è grazioso...

L'appartamento è grazioso e funzionale perfetto per una famiglia con bambini che necessita anche di spazio esterno; molto bello, curato e totalmente recintato il giardino con posto auto coperto riservato . Gentilissimi e premurosi i proprietari. La spiaggia è a meno di 5 minuti di auto, pista ciclabile di fronte all'appartamento. Centro commerciale a 10 minuti di auto - nelle vicinanze ristoranti e parchi giochi per bambini

"L''appartamento è confortevole e pulito con un bel giardino ben curato. I proprietari sono molto gentili, premurosi e sempre disponibili. La spiaggia è a 5 minuti di auto altrimenti si può raggiungerla in bici attraversando una bella pineta. Nei dintorni ci sono tutti i negozi di cui si necessita. Ideale per famiglie . "
