Delightful air-conditioned seafront flat completely renovated 20 metres from the beach at Vindicio di Formia. The apartment is on the first floor without lift of a two-storey building. It consists of large living room with dining area and sofas. Small separate kitchen equipped with oven, microwave oven, washing machine, 4-burner cooker. A double bedroom and another bedroom with a single bed (it is possible to add an extra bed), bathroom with bath. The house is fully air-conditioned, with French windows that make the rooms bright and airy. The balcony overlooks the long beach of Vindicio with a sea view of the Gulf of Gaeta.

Sports enthusiasts can take the whole family with them and enjoy sports with courses in Kite, Windusurfing and Sup for adults and children, and sailing excursions in the Gulf. The Monti Aurunci Natural Park with its beautiful landscape offers the possibility of excursions on foot, mountain bike or horseback. Only 6 km from the centre of Gaeta, 15 km from Sperlonga, you can experience a cultural trip but also enjoy the nightlife with youth clubs and fine restaurants. Just 2 km away is the railway station from which Rome and Naples can be reached in just over an hour. 2.5 km away is the embarkation point for ferries to the Pontine Islands.
