Lovely apt in private villa

Welcome to Mulberry, a beautiful 2 bedroomed apartment in the heart of Marina di Minturno.

This apartment is ideal for a family of 4. It consists of a double bedroom, a single bed (that become a double bed) room that can accommodate 2 people. The double bedroom has 1 pouff bed for 1 person. The dining room provides seating for 5 people.

There is one bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

It is located 5 minutes walk from the beach and from the town centre of this lovely south coast. The apartment is on the second floor. It has been thoughtfully equipped with everything you could want when you are away from home. There is a huge flat screen TV in the comfortable lounge, supplied with Wi-Fi, the kitchen is fully equipped.

Being two balconies overlook on a main road, last May 2015, we replaced the windows with an anti-noise solution.

Come and relax at this wonderful home and enjoy exploring the delights the area has to offer.

The weekly rate is for 4 people. Each additional person over the fourth and until the fifth will be calculated separately.

The final cleaning, which is a fixed cost (€ 50.00), linen and towels (€ 12,00 / person) and consumption are not included.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Wonderful surprise in Minturno

We had such a wonderful time, and were made to feel like family. We were lucky enough to try Elena's homemade delecasy's. Our apartment was fully furnished and had much more room than we thought. We enjoyedour stay in Minturno and will return for sure if we are in the area again. Thank you Elena for your hospitality.

Wonderful surprise

We booked our stay as a launching point for the part of our vacation to hook up with family that lived in Cassino about 45 minutes away. The apartment was very clean and had much more room than we thought from the advertisement. What was a wonderful surprise was the warm welcome we received from Elena, Mario and Elena's daughter Maria. We were treated like family and immediately fealt welcome. Elena explained the rich historic importance of the region. We spoke for quite a while and fealt that our experience with Elena enriched our vacation beyond our expectation. We were very respectful during our stay and we are amazed at Elena's generosity and kindness. We were fortunate enough to try many of her homemade delights. Thank you Elena for making our vacation an experience we will always remember. If we return to the area we will definitely book the same apartment. Elena you have a beautiful family and we wish you all the very best in health and fortune.

Pleasant stay!

Great location. Close to beach, shops, archeologic museum. It is convenient to explore coastline, nearby towns. Very spacious, comfortable and clean apartment. Very friendly, courteous and proactive people (owners). Thank you very much for your kind hospitality!

Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Clean and well presented.

The hosts Elena and Mario are so accomodating. We enjoyed all the freshly picked fruit and peach juice! Thank you. The apartment is very clean and ideally located, about a 5 min walk from the beach, in a quieter area. There are shops and a pizzeria nearby but the main, busier area is approx 1.5km along the promenade in Scauri. Although the beach in Minturno/Scauri is pleasant and accessible we opted for the stunning beaches north of Gaeta which are accessible but walking down approx 300 steps! If you do opt for the Gaeta beaches it's a 40 min drive (21 km) and parking approx €10 for the day opposite Aneas Landing. Don't park behind all the cars on the side of the road, you will be fined! We used the apartment as a base to visit Rome ( by train, family of 4 €50 return), Pompeii and the Amalfi Drive. The air conditioning was wonderful!!!!

Comfort and hospitality

Large and comfortable apartments are fully consistent with the description. The apartments are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable independent living. Not far away is a shop CONAD (5 minutes’ walk). Therefore, all you need for cooking, you can buy without using transport. Nearby are also many other small shops and cafes. To the sea 7 minutes. The beach is clean and spacious. The sea is clean, perfect for families with children, near the shore because the depth is small. Nearby is also a free beach. The town is conveniently located between Rome and Naples, which allows between visits to the beaches to travel to the specified city. Amalfi about 2.5 hours , to Bari - a little more than 3 hours away by car. Close to Marina di Minturno are also many nice small towns, walks which will help to diversify leisure and to satiate his positive impressions. Separately, it must be said about the hospitality and friendly apartment owners who live in the same building. Their advice and assistance to business, made our vacation more complete, comfortable and memorable. Many thanks to the owners, not only for fresh fruit (and so on), they treated us regularly, but also attention to their tenants. We hope that we will have the opportunity to visit this place and stay at these cozy apartments.

Sehr gute, helle, saubere Wohnung

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung war sehr schön: sie ist großzügig bemessen, hell, sauber und sehr gut, neu und ordentlich ausgestattet. Wenn etwas fehlt, können die freundlichen Besitzer gern aushelfen. Wir bekamen öfters etwas aus ihrem Garten: Zitronen, Kürbisse, Feigen... Leider hat der Straßenlärm auch nachts etwas gestört.

very nice flat

We have been very satisfied in this flat. The fotographs are right, the flat is new, nice and pleasant. The kitchen is very good equiped. The owners were very nice and helpful. The see is near. The only negative for people who are sleeping bad as me is the noisy street where the flat is situated.

Beautiful, relaxing apartment in the perfect location! We stayed here for a week with our young son and couldn't have dreamed of a better location. The apartment is beautiful enough that one could be content staying there all day, but there is also so much to do in the area (Gaeta, Sperlonga, Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, Rome, Naples, and Capri, just to name a few)! A supermarket train are both within 3 minutes walk (faster without a toddler), and there are smaller shops in the vicinity as well. The seaside is roughly 5 minutes walk. We particularly enjoyed the more quiet, residential Minturno as an alternative to Gaeta, which was completely overrun by busloads of teenagers on holiday (already in April). The host, Mario, is friendly and accommodating, and we particularly loved being able to explore the gardens (with citrus fruit to pick, and chickens and rabbits to visit). We would return to this apartment without hesitation, and have already recommended it to friends and family!
