The property is in a very good location and clean. But the organisation is a total mess. My room was occupied, the cleaners (very nice and helpful) helped me to find an other room (as the owner was not answering on the phone). It looks like good, but after dinner coming back to my room where I left my luggage, the room was occupied! Overbooking! They were short in soap and shampoo (the cleaners gave him there own) The same night other people had the same issues, all double reservation on the same room. And I have to add that the keypad lock at the building entrance was broken. Not good in term of safety .
