This two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat is my London home. As I spend much of my time abroad, guests have their own double en-suite bedroom and full use of the rest of the flat shown in the photos. My private bedroom and bathroom remain closed.

When I am in London, I share only the kitchen with the guest; otherwise, the rest of the flat is entirely for the guest’s use.

Holland Park, Kensington is one of London’s most desirable and prestigious areas—safe, quiet and clean, with excellent transport links. Buses, sightseeing tours, markets, cafés and restaurants are all nearby, with convenient connections to Oxford.

What makes this property unique

Holland Park combines peaceful, leafy surroundings with easy access to central London. One of London’s most prestigious residential areas, it is within walking distance of Notting Hill, Portobello Market , Kensington high Street and the Royal Albert Hall, with excellent transport links, cafés, restaurants and shops nearby.

I especially love the tree-lined street in spring when it is in bloom. Guests love both the flat and the area, and several professional guests return every year, calling it their “home in London.”
