The Space:
Porch Light Hospitality presents The Farmhouse, a completely renovated and modernized 1930’s craftsman style home located on a family-owned homestead in Fredericksburg, Tx. This unique property is one of five private guesthouses that make up “The Gathering Guesthouses.” Situated on the edge of town, it offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle of Main Street, yet is only a short 5-minute drive to all the local attractions.

The Farmhouse features an expansive outdoor entertainment area, perfect for relaxation and gatherings. With a blend of modern amenities and rustic charm, this guesthouse is designed for comfort and enjoyment.

Bedrooms:
- Master Bedroom: King sized bed with high-end linens, reading chair, TV with Roku, private on-suite with walk-in shower, double vanity, bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryer).
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 (downstairs, each sleeps 2): King sized beds with high-end linens, reading chairs, shared bathroom with shower/tub combo, bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryer).
- Bedroom 4 (upstairs, sleeps 2-4): King sized bed with high-end linens, queen sized pull-out Tempurpedic sofa bed, optional privacy curtain between sleeping spaces, TV with Roku, bathroom with walk-in shower, bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, hair dryer).

Kitchen/Dining:
- Full-size kitchen equipped with gas stovetop, oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, pantry, cooking ware, and dining ware for 10.
- Coffee-maker with complimentary local grounds, Keurig (bring your own pods).
- Dining table for 10, perfect for family meals or entertaining.

Living Areas:
- Foyer featuring a sectional sofa and reading chair.
- Main living/family room with sectional sofa, reading chair, banquette, gas fireplace, and TV with Roku.
- Double French door access to the outdoor entertainment space, enhancing the flow between indoor and outdoor living.

Outdoor Entertainment Area:
- Wrap-around porch with seating and dining table for 6.
- Freeform swimming pool with grotto waterfall, fireplace with attached charcoal/wood custom BBQ pit, and lounge/poolside seating.
- Direct gate access to a game-friendly field, ideal for outdoor activities and fun.

Outdoor Kitchen:
- Large gas grille and prep/serving countertop space.
- Sink and full-size refrigerator for convenience.
- Sectional sofa and dining table for 10, along with a pool bathroom featuring a shower.

- Access to the clothes washer and dryer is available upon request.
