The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The living room sofa converts into a queen-sized bed. The home is a great space for families or a ladies' long weekend. Spacious backyard deck for outside dining complete with a hot tub and fire pit

My 2 cousins, and our spouses stayed at this beautiful home for the weekend. It was perfect, everyone had their own beautiful bedroom & bathroom. We walked to main area in Fredericksburg. We will for sure stay at this house again next time to travel to Fredericksburg...such a beautiful home!

3 bedroom 3 bath properties are hard to find in town, and we are glad we found this place. Its a very inviting and comfortable place. The layout is great for 3 couples, including the common area, which is great to hang out in. It has a well equipped kitchen with all the essentials if you like to cook. The location is safe and quiet, and there's plenty of parking in the driveway. It's also walkable to main street, including the newly opened Signor main street location, which is an awesome winery. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
