Great little spot

The property was clean, in good working order with a good-sized communal space. Good access to beach and amenities. We had a lovely stay.

Great time on mersea

The caravan was for my son and his family. They had a wonderful time, the children loved being near the beach. We would have no hesitation in booking again.

Great location, easy check-in. Caravan was everything but luxurious. It was very dirty. We find old sweet papers under the bed. I would not return it is not worse the value. Despite of this we had a great stay in the island.

Hi, apologies for issues with your stay. We are available to rectify any problems but did not hear from you. The property is cleaned thoroughly after every stay. Happy to refund the cleaning fee if you feel it wasent up to standard.

Short family getaway

Just a two night get away for myself my mum and teenage son. Communication with owner was great. Site is well positioned for beach and the restaurant nearby too. Caravan was an ok standard, a bit of smell when entering as if nobody had stayed for a while or pets had stayed there. Lots of cobwebs in lounge area too. Beds, bedding and bathroom were clean though. My son is only 13 but over 6’ tall and didn’t fit in the single bed so had to sleep on the sofa but we were half expecting that. Overall a good stay, would visit again
