Welcome to this newly completed apartment in the exclusive Med One development in El Higuerón, ideally located just moments from the beach and close to everything the city has to offer. El Higuerón is one of the Costa del Sol’s most sought-after areas, combining luxury and convenience, and is just a 15-minute drive from Málaga Airport.
The Space:
As you step into the apartment, you are immediately welcomed by stunning views through the open-plan living space and out onto the terrace beyond. To the right of the entrance is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, hob and oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. A separate laundry room is also available, complete with a washer and dryer.
The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living area, which includes a dining table for four, a comfortable sofa bed accommodating two guests, and a large Smart TV with internet access. From the living room, sliding doors lead out to the beautiful south-west facing terrace, which enjoys morning sun and sunshine throughout most of the day.
The terrace is ideal for outdoor living, offering both a dining area and a lounge seating area, as well as a modern gas barbecue.
The apartment features two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed, an open en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom also has a double bed and ample storage space. An additional bathroom is conveniently located between the two bedrooms.
For your comfort, the apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a gas barbecue, and many additional amenities to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.
To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

From the Higuerón Center — home to a well-stocked Carrefour supermarket, as well as restaurants and bars — a complimentary shuttle train runs through the resort, providing easy access to the beach, El Higuerón’s private beach club, and the train station. From there, you can reach Málaga Airport in approximately 45 minutes.
The 8-kilometre seaside promenade is lined with some of the area’s highest-rated restaurants on TripAdvisor, including Tablas del Rey, Mia’s Pizzorante, and Los Marinos José, which is also featured in the Michelin Guide.
Getting Around:
The apartment is ideally located in the Carvajal area of Fuengirola, making it easy to explore the Costa del Sol with or without a car.
On foot:
Carvajal Beach is just a short walk away, along with beach bars (chiringuitos), cafés, and restaurants. The seaside promenade stretches for several kilometres and is perfect for walking, jogging, or cycling all the way into Fuengirola town.
Train:
