Den Zoeten Inval is a charming, peaceful, and very spacious farmhouse in the cosy village of Geldermalsen, within walking distance of the beautiful fortified town of Buren. A wonderful place to explore the beautiful Betuwe region—with family or friends. Highlights include the romantic Linge River and the charming towns of Culemborg, Tiel, and Gorinchem. Private entrance, rural atmosphere, fireplace, cosy and spacious kitchen-diner with a large stove, and a private garden.<br>We can provide breakfast and lunch upon request.<br><br>EXTENDED<br>The farmhouse “Den Zoeten Inval” is centrally located in the beautiful Betuwe region. From here, you can explore a large part of the Netherlands. The farmhouse is located on the oldest street in Geldermalsen; it dates back to the early 1900s and was completely renovated in the historic style around the year 2000. The house has two separate front doors, a garden, and a combi boiler for central heating and hot water. In the spacious, bright living room, you can relax on the comfortable corner sofa, by the fireplace, and in front of the large flat-screen TV with many channels and Netflix. The dining area comfortably seats 6 people. The very spacious kitchen features a 110 cm wide gas stove with 5 burners (including a wok burner), a grill plate, and 2 ovens. Here, you can also sit comfortably at the antique dining set and enjoy a beautiful view of the garden. So enjoy cooking together or with your cooking club. On the ground floor, you’ll also find a separate bathroom.<br><br>BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM<br>On the ground floor, you’ll find two very spacious and bright bedrooms:<br>• Blue bedroom: a twin bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, with two separate mattresses measuring 90 x 200 cm, and a pull-out sofa bed with two separate mattresses measuring 80 x 200 cm. These four beds come with four separate single-size duvets measuring 140 x 200 cm.<br>• Yellow bedroom: a double bed with a 140 x 200 cm mattress and a 200 x 200 cm double comforter. Here you’ll also find a large walk-in closet with a sink, a small desk, and an armchair.<br>• The walk-in closet contains a travel cot with a mattress and comforter, as well as a high chair.<br>• You can bring your own bed linens and towels or rent them for €12 per person. The beds will then be made, and you’ll receive 2 towels per person and a kitchen set (hand towel, tea towel, dishcloth) per stay.<br>• On the ground floor, you’ll also find the spacious, modern bathroom with a (rain) shower and a Sanibroyeur toilet. There’s also a washing machine/dryer combo here that you’re welcome to use for free.<br><br>GARDEN<br>You have two sunny gardens all to yourself. The front garden features a lounge set, which can easily be moved to the backyard. In the backyard, behind the large palm tree, there is a table with chairs under the porch. Even if it rains a little, you can still enjoy a drink or a snack here while staying dry.<br><br>SELF-SERVICE, BED LINEN, TOWELS, AND BREAKFAST<br>- Your stay is on a “self-service” basis.<br>- The price includes final cleaning, electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi, TV, use of the washing machine/dryer combo, tourist tax, and parking for up to 2 cars at the house. Additional cars can park for free on the street nearby. <br>- You can bring your own bed linens or rent them for €12 per person. You will also receive 2 towels per person and a kitchen set (tea towel and tea towel) per stay.<br>- We can also provide breakfast for you for €9.50 per person per day.
