Welcome to Kihei Kai Nani, a centrally located condo complex in the heart of South Kihei. Our ground-floor condo is just a short walk from some of Maui’s best beaches, restaurants, cafés, and local shops.

This upgraded 1-bedroom condo offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and tropical island living. Spend your days snorkeling, exploring Maui, or relaxing at the beach, then come home to unwind on the private lanai surrounded by lush tropical landscaping in one of the quieter areas of the complex.

Recently renovated with a Hawaiian coastal style, the condo features updated flooring, a modern kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, a walk-in tiled shower, and comfortable island-inspired furnishings throughout.

The living room and bedroom both include AC units, ceiling fans, flat-screen TVs, and fast WiFi to help you stay cool and comfortable during your stay.

The place is terrific and clean, excellent shower (a must for my wife), and right off the beach. The unit is set back far enough to silence the road noise of Kihei Road but an easy walk to the ocean. Lots of free parking too! Rent a car and roam Maui! Do not miss the Cinnamon Roll Place just next door (closed Tuesdays) for the freshest, most delicious cinnamon rolls on the planet. Nicely appointed kitchen with large refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.

Very well appointed suite with everything you would need. Also very clean. Access to Kamaole 2 beach is just a short walk away. The on-site amenities are great (pool, laundry, BBQ’s etc.) The only issue we found was that the A/C in the bedroom is fairly loud so if you need it on while you’re sleeping you might want ear plugs.

The condo was perfect. Couch pulled into a bed (sheets are in the couch storage). And pool/laundry was around the corner. 2 beach chairs and sand toys were great! Location was what we loved! This condo was perfect for my time in Maui. It is right across from the beach and within walking distance to some food options and a small store where you can grab needed items. Having air conditioning is a nice bonus. I liked being on the ground level and the back lanai is private. I would recommend this spot and stay here again.

Thanks to Katarina and Jim for hosting us at their property. Th condo was warm and welcoming with lots of extras such as the beach cooler, beach chairs, snorkelling gear. The beach across the street was incredible- we swam with turtles every time we went. Walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores and touristy shops. The area was very safe with easy parking. We really enjoyed our stay. It was wonderful to have the full kitchen with stove, full refrigerator and dishwasher.

Home away from home

This unit was exactly as described and in a perfect location in Kihei. The unit has everything you need for a great vacation and Katarina was a pleasure to deal with. The complex has a nice pool, a beautiful beach right across the street and Katarina has provided all the essentials for a beach activity, chairs,umbrella, towels, cooler and beach toys. All thats missing is you.

Jim and Katarina - we have been blessed to call Maui our home for more than 30 years. Our 21 and 19 year-old daughters have been born and raised on the island. We are a very active family who enjoy a wide variety of sports from land to sea. We love the ocean from surfing, swimming, to tennis and playing golf. Maui is a perfect place for our family to live as the weather allows us to enjoy all these fun activities.
We purchased and completed the remodel of the Kihei Kai Nani confo in July 2017.
