A small villa surrounded by nature near a highway exit, 15 minutes from Palermo and 10 minutes from Falcone Borsellino International Airport. The beach at Capaci is a 5-minute drive away. The Capo Gallo Nature Reserve, where swimming is permitted, is 8–10 minutes away. The mountains across from the property offer plenty of trails for cycling or hiking. We’re close to and well-connected to all the tourist destinations in northern Sicily. All you’ll need is a car to enjoy Sicily.

Bellissima casa tranquilla, con giardino e posto auto.

Casa amplia e pulita, grande giardino e posto auto, il tutto recintato e con grande terrazza Anche locale lavanderia. Comoda e accessoriata!
