Ivy Retreat | Heated Saltwater Pool & Hot Tub

Welcome to your ultimate getaway: Ivy Springs Retreat. Situated on a stunning 15 acre property, the expansive grounds feature multiple exterior entertaining spots, a private lake, heated saltwater pool and hot tub. The interior boasts 5 bdrms, 6.5 baths, a 22-person dining room, and an elevator for easy second floor access, and plenty of spaces to entertain. Every booking comes with a local team of experts who are equipped to help plan your itinerary.
The layout:

First floor-
Enter through the front door and find the sunken atrium sunroom on your right. With wood floors, stunning views of the lake and windows on two sides, we think this is the ultimate day-to-night space. Morning sunrise yoga or meditation with the doors closed or a late-night dance party, not matter the vibes of your group this is your bonus space- make it into whatever works!

To the left is a 22-person dining area. Perfect for an intimate rehearsal dinner but also equipped with an unassuming 50" Smart TV mounted on the wall. Enjoy sports, Real Housewives or whatever your crew desires. This is the ultimate game night spot! And we provide all of the Adult games (and kid ones) because we think nothing is better than a game night with a big group of friends/family.

There is a half bath conveniently located off of this area leading to the kitchen.

The kitchen comes fully stocked for cooking all standard meals for a large group, with double ovens, and all cookware and dishware provided. The bar stools on the island and breakfast nook are great for the cook or bartender who wants to entertain. Ready to relax? We have some lovely personal chefs who we recommend to come serve you. Sit back and enjoy the meal being made and served while you hang with the crew!

Off of the kitchen you'll find a small sunroom with a Queen sleeper sofa. There's a laundry area that passes through with double doors to the Primary King bedroom.

Bedroom 1: Primary King has its own private entrance to the pool area , a double vanity full bath, gas fireplace and 50" Smart TV.

The living area is a great room has multiple sofas to hang out, a 55" Smart TV, game closets, and a pool table and bars to hang at. A door with access to the side covered patio is perfect for still hanging out when you have bad weather. The covered patio area can be used for your favorite games (read: beer pong and flip cup!)

Bedroom 2: Queen guest room with a jack-and- jill style full bath that connects with the kitchen area but can be private for the room if they lock door on their side. This room has a 50" Smart TV

Up the spiral staircase you'll find our additional guest rooms and baths.

A pass-through area has a Queen pullout sleeper that we provide bedding for.

We are here if you need us! There is a caretaker in the lower level apartment. You will never have your stay disrupted and you may see them come and go but they are ultimately there to make sure every guest has an amazing experience. Our pool, hot tub and lake require daily maintenance. They are uniquely qualified to help if there is an issue but otherwise will keep to their quarters which are very separate below the home.
15 Secluded acres. Neighbors own 20, 300 and 100 acres, but the property is just 1.9 miles off of the interstate.
The entire property except the basement apartment and the 3 car detached garage (storage area for grounds-keeping).
Private lake NOT shared by neighbors.

Micro and very small weddings only. perfect for rehearsal dinners.

New open kitchen with two dishwashers, twice the original size. The layout is designed to entertain! The flow and rooms have been opened and the huge kitchen acts as the hub of a 22 person dining room, redone living room with pool table and a family room overlooking overlooking the lake with space for the entire family.

Family friendly. The heated salt water pool over looking the lake is the center of your family or event needs. Brand new Gazebo (not yet pictured). All redone landscaping and hot tub.


The outdoor heated saltwater pool is open mid April through the end of October, possibly earlier or later depending on weather. The pool temperature is set at 80 degrees F. The temperature can be increased to 85 for an additional $100 weekend/$150 week. This request must be made in advance. The pool may be cooler in April and October depending on the season.

Owners quarters/Property Manager maintains separate basement apartment. Pool, hot-tub, outdoor spaces etc are private spaces of guests and will not be shared by owner or property manager
