We didn't have kids but did have pets and it has a lovely yard and quiet road for walking . Nice back porch with peaceful view /no neighbors .Very much matches description / although beds were better then I thought would be by pics!! So close to TIEC it was amazing!

Wonderful as was the first booking. Clean safe well equipped responsive host. I Highly recommend this rental. I was visiting my son and grandsons with my dog. Great private location.

We attended TIEC. It was close by. Places to eat were close by. We will book for upcoming horse shows. It was me and my partner and we were joined by my husband the last day

This was a perfect location to the Horse Show at TIEC. The house was very clean and really made our weekend stay a great experience! The property is exactly what it is in the photos ... clean, nicely furnished and a lovely view from the deck!
