This was an amazing place and I would recommend it to anyone. It is peaceful and so full of nature in its surrounding. The host was very good at communicating and answered my messages very quickly. I would and plan to stay here again.

This was a sibling reunion. The last time we were together was for our Mother's memorial. The setting was great, clean, peaceful, and the area was very beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay. We brought ourselves and food, everything else was provided.We are already discussing another get together next year.

Very comfortable and clean home. While there are a lot of switchbacks on the drive up, it really isn't that difficult. The porch is especially comfortable. I just wish I had been able to stay longer and spend more time on the property. My husband stayed home so I didn't bring the dog. But I am sure she would have loved it.

Excellent, but that steep road is a teeeny bit of a deterrent to want to leave and visit the area, especially in dark or coming back.

Family Getaway

Perfect place to get away from it all and relax in the peaceful solitude of a gorgeous mountain setting, surrounded by the sounds of nature. Really enjoyed the spectacular Shunkawauken Falls on the way up and expansive view from the top of White Oak Mountain.

Great Family Time

Great family weekend. This home was perfect for a relaxing mountain retreat. Beautiful scenery from huge porch or fire pit. Game room and large den great for games and hanging out together!!

The cottage was lovely - clean and comfortable. The lake is not really a lake tho - it’s more a small pond. My kids enjoyed floating in it regardless.

Great little get-away

This is a gem of a property at the top of a mountain! The road is a bit tricky to navigate, but once you get used to it, it's easy. Amazing views, waterfall along the way, this house is quiet, clean and peaceful. Many days I was able to work outside on the deck, enjoy the view and sounds.

Property was great and peaceful. The road leading to the property was rather scary and potentially dangerous and should have been mentioned in the notes about the property. I know mountain roads can be tough travel, but many folks may not be able to drive them. We were fine. Nice place!

Great stay

This is the second time we have stayed there and the property was awesome just like the last time. The only issue was that they hadn’t updated the internet information in the booking to the star link system they have now. I didn’t have cell signal there and was trying to use the internet login to get the door code. Of course if I had written down the code before hand it wouldn’t have been an issue at all lol
