We are offering 5 units alltogether: 4 bedrooms and one apartment. Next to the apartment building is lovely park Jarula, and building is just few steps away from the sea. To sum this up: 1. best location in Zadar; 2. Sea view from all the rooms, and side sea view from apartment; 3. probably the fastest Wi- fi , in whole Zadar! ; 4. nearest beach - Kolovare- is just 10 minutes away , by foot. It's hard to beat this one :)

The accommodation was fantastic, offering everything I needed and more. The washer was a huge plus, especially since I’m halfway through my trip. The area is lovely, with a beautiful park next door. The downstairs café had the best coffee I’ve tasted in Croatia so far. Clean, comfortable, and a great stay overall!

We loved our stay and the location could not have been any better. So convenient. Easy walk right into the main area of town. Coffee shop and restaurant right below apartment. Very quite. The apartment was well equipped.

Communication was great. The apartment itself was great. Enough room, great location. The only downside was shower was close to cold. Also, not a good appliance for coffee. Both were disappointing.

Art of Zadar- rooms and apartment are located in apartment building, at Zadar city center. This beautiful historic building was built in 1935., and echos of building's birth date can be seen in building's hallway and in the units. Units are located on the second floor of the building. Please , NOTE: apartment building is not equipped with elevator and guests have to use stairs. Apartment building is located by the sea, and it is surrounded by really beautiful city parks. This all saied, we assure you that this is best place to be , while you are experiencing Zadar. We are offering you five units: four cozy rooms- each with sea view, and one one-bedroom apartment. Property is equipped with fast speed internet, and every unit is eqipped with air conditioner

Location, location, location! And super fast wi fi conection! Apartment building is located in old city center, by the lovely park Jarula. All you need , for carefree vacation is within 5 minutes of walking distance : restaurants, caffe bars, supermarket, green market. Nearest city landmark is Five wells square (200 m) Neares laundry - Self-service Laundry and Dry Cleaning "GOBIN"- is located 4 minutes, by foot , from the apartment building: laundry is located by the entrance of St. Simeon's church. Not to be modest: this location is hard to beat!
