L'emplacement est privilégié, en dehors de la cohue de Chamonix, mais assez proche pour beneficier des commerces. Chalet accueillant et lumineux avec toutes les commodités dont le sauna.Les ustensiles de cuisine ne sont pas de bonne qualité et le micro-ondes trop petit. Un nettoyage en profondeur aurait été apprécié.
