Superb apartment of 37 square meters offering a view on the sea, ideal for vacations. In a secure residence at the foot of Mont Saint Clair.

We have at heart to offer you a clean and welcoming accommodation, that's why we take in charge the cleaning of the apartment at your departure. In addition, to allow you to travel light, we provide you with bedding sets during your stay.

The apartment has a living room with a Tv, a double sofa bed overlooking a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, induction cooker).
Terrace with an outdoor table for 4 people and a magnificent view of the sea.
A spacious bedroom with 160 cm bedding and a closet.
A bathroom with shower, washing machine, towel dryer and storage space.

The Charles Osborn Conciergerie will give you a warm welcome in the apartment and will be available throughout your stay to meet all your needs (car rental, cab transportation, home chef, activities, event services).

The apartment is located on the Mount Saint Clair Sète in a secured residence (1st floor).
To access the residence you must take the entrance above the military area. The access next to the marine cemetery isn't the good one.
Access to the residence is granted with a badge.
