Relaxing stay

The location is perfect for a family or group stay. Beautiful gardens and lovely hosts. And the view of the lake is worth the price.

This is an incredibly spacious apartment with an amazing terrace and a glorious view of the lake and town. The owner was very prompt with check-in information and directions (and photos) to the property. He lives in the apartment below the rental and was available for any questions. The apartment is in pristine condition and is uniquely decorated. The grounds of the property are full of flowers and vegetable plants. We enjoyed just sharing a drink on the terrace and watching the moon rise. We found interesting restaurants within a fifteen minute walk. The grocery store was about twenty minutes away. The location is very quiet and is a relatively short walk from the train station. I would highly recommend this rental.

This house is just wonderfull. All rooms are well furnished and nicely decorated. It is clean and everything you need is there. The airco can be separately operated in the livingroom, the two bedrooms and the kitchen and does a good job to keep the house cool in all circumstances. When at home we mostly sat at the balcony which gives you an unforgettable view over the lake and the city. We also enjoyed the private parkingplace next to the house which has a roof to provide your car a shelter in case of thunderstorms. The house is a central place to have time to visit the lakes of Lugano, Como and Maggiore and the nice villages that surround it. Last but not least the owners who live at the same house one level below are very nice people and very helpfull in case you have any questions. We stayed 10 days which was too short when time flies as you are having fun.

The apartment is just beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. Spectacular views and only a 5 - 10 minute walk from the main bus stop to town. We did not cook but the kitchen was well equipped should we have wanted to do so. I do want to mention the beds - they are beyond comfortable and along with the blackout shutters made for the perfect night's sleep. Absolutely wonderful!The check-in process was not great on account of the fact that the property management company did not send us the appropriate emails for completion to receive the code for the key safe. I emailed them shortly before our trip but still heard nothing and as such assumed we would be able to access the property. When we got there luckily the owner was on-hand and could not have been more helpful - they helped us with securing Wi-Fi in order to contact the management company and get their support to access the key-safe. This whole process took about three quarters of an hour. This information should have been sent to me earlier and completed prior to our arrival.

gute Lage, exzellenter Ausblick auf Monte Bré, Monte Generoso, Lugano und Luganersee , recht ruhig für die zentrale Lage, hochwertige Küche und grosszügige Zimmer, sehr schöner und grosser Garten vom Vermieter (der sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbreit ist), gute Busverbindung in 5min Gehminuten-Distanz, Bahnhof mit 3 Busstationen optimal erreichbar.
