Unser Aufenthalt war in Summe sehr schön und gut. Die Wohnung ist für 8 Erwachsene zu klein. In zwei Zimmern sind zwei alte Betten, die eher als Kinderbetten durchgehen. Die Bettwäsche ist eher alt und teils fleckig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war vor dem Aufenthalt erschwert, währenddessen gut. Der Vermieter ist sehr herzlich und nett und ist auf unsere Extrawünsche eingegangen. Er kommt alle zwei Tage zum Reinigen des Pelletofens. Die Terrasse der Wohnung ist ein absoluter Traum! Die Gegend ist allgemein wunderschön! Bei gutem Wetter ist die Wohnung also eine gute Entscheidung für einen preiswerten Aufenthalt, solange man nicht zu genau hinschaut ;)

Das Urlaubsziel war sehr schön gelegen, oberhalb des Ortes mit Blick ins Tal. Die Wohnung war soweit schön eingerichtet, es gab 2 Ventilatoren, die Betten waren bequem. Ein Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern war vorhanden, wenn auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Wohnraum war für 7 Leute sehr eng und es gab leider auch nur 4 Stühle. In der Küchennische vermissten wir einige Dinge, beispielsweise Gläser und eine Kanne. Es war auch nur ein Topf vorhanden. In den Bädern fehlten Haken für Handtücher, aber es war ein Wäscheständer vor Ort. Handtücher haben wir auf Nachfrage noch welche bekommen, weil diese bei Anreise nicht ausreichend für alle Personen zur Verfügung standen. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und prompt. Wir durften eine Garage nutzen für eines unserer Autos, gegen einen Aufpreis. Die Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren sonst eher katastrophal, die Straße sehr eng und zugeparkt.

Too far away from the beach and city. But nice view from the hillside You need to drive all the time. Too many people in Alassio the last 3 weeks of July! No chairs available in the beach - or the price is EUR 65 for 2 chairs and a umbrella a day! And difficult to park.

Reizende Wohnung mit grandiosem Ausblick.
Die Aussicht auf Alassio und die Bucht ist wirklich atemberaubend. Schon allein dafür lohnt es sich.
Die Wohnung ist unserer Meinung nach gut und nett eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und informativ.
Wichtig ist die Ankunftszeit dem Vermieter so genau wie möglich zu sagen da man an der Straße erwartet wird. Alleine findet man die Wohnung nie. So versteckt ist sie.
Jetzt kommt meckern auf hohem Niveau.
Was vielleicht anzumerken wäre. Wir haben die Wohnung auch wegen der beiden Markisen die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind gebucht. Die sind aber defekt. Als Ersatz steht da jetzt ein Schirm.
Die Küche ist wirklich spartanisch ausgerüstet. In Italien kein Korkenzieher? Auch andere Grundausstattung fehlte ein wenig. Wie gesagt man kann sich behelfen.
Ein Duschkopf war mit Leukoplast repariert, der kostet doch wirklich nicht die Welt wenn man den ersetzt.
Unsere Bekannten hatten ein Bad mit Dusche und Wanne. Die haben sie wegen der fehlenden
Duschabtrennung nicht genutzt sondern lieber gebadet.
Wir würden die Wohnung immer wieder buchen.
