The space
This very spacious Victorian property boasts 4 very large super-king sized bedrooms and one spacious single bedroom with hanging space available in each room.
You cannot be any closer to the sea when staying at Beachcliffe, situated directly on the seafront of Rhos on Sea village. The views of Angel Bay (the Little Orme of Llandudno) and the Irish Sea are stunning. We are a 5 minute drive from the popular seaside resort town of Llandudno.
The single and 'lilac' bedrooms are situated at the front of the property with an absolutely breathtaking view of the Irish sea and Angel Bay (Llandudno's Little Orme) meaning you can wake up/fall asleep to some amazing sunrises and sunsets and watch the waves from the comfort of your beds.
We also have our 'blush pink' room located in the middle of the house (upstairs) with newly renovated ensuite shower room.
Next door with have a fully renovated wet room (with grab handles available for people less steady on their feet).
Our 'silver' room is located at the back of the property with distance views of the mountains in the foreground, complete with own private sink in the corner of the room.
Downstairs there is a fabulous spacious foyer with a piano available for guests use, a great sized living room with enough space for everyone to sit! Our 3 seater leather sofa is also an electrical recliner, so kick back and relax watching the sunset or your favourite show on Netflix with our smart wall mounted TV.
Our final 'sage green' bedroom is super-king with an additional single cabin bed available. Next door to a newly renovated sink and toilet under the stairs.
Finally the kitchen has a smaller cooking area but we have opened up the dining area and added extra kitchen counter space to prepare food for a large family/group! The dining table comfortably seats 10, with a smart flat screen tv available for use when in the kitchen diner.
The entire property has been carpeted and freshly painted throughout.
The outdoor space, there is a large concreted front garden and a grassy area surrounded by flowers and hedgerow located at the back of the property. There is also a concrete slabbed patio area too suitable for hot tub hire area or outdoor seating area.
Free Wi-fi is available throughout the property, provided by BT. Our central heating system is powered by HIVE, but guests have their own full control of the heating settings.
