The flat Borgo Belvedere is located in Toscolano Maderno in a complex of a few units with swimming pool.

It is situated in a quiet residence with a swimming pool, surrounded by greenery and has a wonderful lake view, a large front garden and a small back garden.

The modern flat consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for 6 persons, a small breakfast island and a flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen includes a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, Moka coffee maker and a fridge/freezer. A large terrace with a beautiful lake view is furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a large garden where children can play.

From the living room, you can access the basement, furnished with two large sofas. Here, the children can enjoy building Lego constructions or playing table tennis.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe and bedside tables. There is direct access to the back garden and a view of the hills. Baby cot at guests\' disposal.
Bedroom 2: This cosy room has a bunk bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also direct access to the back garden.
