This is an amazing property and gardens on the water with an easy walk into Stresa. We were fortunate to have the entire property to ourselves with private parking, beach and amazing views!

Great view of the lake, spacious apartment. We were there during a heat wave and it would have been nice to have a fan in the living area (they were provided in each bedroom) but not in the main living area or kitchen. The property has an amazing shared patio but without umbrellas it was unusable when the sun was out. Gorgeous 15 minute stroll to town.

Large Apartment can walk to everything

Nice, large apartment on the lake with excellent views and accessible terrace. Secure parking, secure property, many keys (parking, gates, builings, apartment)...Bring your own everything - toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, salt & pepper... everything! That said, it was very clean, and as described except for the internet not working the entire time we were there.

Wonderful spot but checkin was confusing and took way too long. House manager wasn’t there to greet us and we didn’t know where to check in So we lost the better part of a day checking in

Breathtaking views!

As I posted on my FB page..."OMG y'all"! This was the most amazing house, location, view, everything! It is one of only a few houses in Stresa that is actually ON the water. Hotels are located across the street. Sitting on the veranda sipping wine everyday was a true vacation highlight. The house is located just at the end of the main road and esplanade along the lake. Super easy walk to the city center and ferry landing. Check in and out was easy. Very clean. I would go back to this house without hesitation. The one thing to note is that it does not have AC. Opening the windows provided all the breeze and air we needed in September. I think I might give up the AC even if it was warmer just because of everything else about the house.
