Our stay was excellent. The accommodation was clean and the garden a joy to sit in. Our hosts communication was timely and helpful, the price for our stay was more than reasonable. There were lots of board games and puzzles to entertain us and there was a television in the lounge and the main bedroom although we were too busy to watch television.Thank you for helping to make a 50th Anniversary reunion for 3 retired nurses so enjoyable.

Glad you had a nice stay Eileen. Hopefully see you again 😁
I had a memorable stay in this property. The location is fantastic for access to the beach, tennis courts, shops, pubs and everything else one needs. The bungalow is very comfortable, clean and tidy and even pet friendly! Communication with the host was effortless and I was made to feel very welcome. I would strongly recommend this property to any families or couples wishing a peaceful but fun getaway in beautiful Felpham.
We really enjoyed the surrounding area. This home was pretty central to various beaches and wooded walks, which we enjoyed with our dosgs. The area is very dog friendly!

The extra touches like towels, coffee, and toiletries made everything very easy. The bungalow has everything you need, and the garden is a nice place to unwind. The information provided was helpful, and we enjoyed the family games in the evening. We would happily return. The accommodation is very dog-friendly, which is clearly mentioned in the description. You can smell and see it as soon as you enter the house. It wasn't a big problem for us; we kept all the windows open (luckily, the weather was very warm) and got used to it. The garden was perfect for relaxing and taking a cold shower with the garden hose. Parking on site. The area is perfect for walking to the beach, the park or the pub (The Fox Inn ✌️). All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, although a few minor investments would be needed (f.e. there was no BBQ, even it was mentioned in the discription, a large useful parasol would be very pleasant in sunny weather, both would not cost much more as 200£ in a good qualitiy) The landlord is very attentive and answers every question very promptly. Highly recommended if you don't have a dog hair allergy. We enjoyed our stay very much, apart from the few things I mentioned. Cheers!
