This home is just a short drive from the town of Hanalei and the gateway to the North Shore attractions, beaches and trails.
You'll truly enjoy this home with a spacious and inviting floor plan.
-Seven beach trails are within walking distance from the house, with snorkeling, surfing, kayaking, beachcombing, and much more. Some are season dependent.
-Less than a mile away is Hanalei Bay Resort, Happy Talk Lounge, Hideaways, One Hotel, and other Princeville attractions.
-Just a short stroll from the house is sunset point. A beautiful gathering point to watch the sunset and whales, depending on the time of year.
-Princeville Shopping center, library, park, and restaurants are just a mile from the house.
- The house is located directly across from Princeville walking/jogging and Makai Golf club.
-Makai golf club offers sunset golf cart tours, golfing, a Wednesday night market with live music and more. Makai Golf Club at Princeville is proudly known as one of the most scenic golf courses in the world. Makai Golf club boasts numerous breathtaking locations and amazing sunset views.

We are originally from Colorado. We have been coming to Kauai for over 20 years and love it here. We love everything outdoors from Snorkeling, surfing, hiking, kayaking and, paddle boarding the warm Hawaiian waters to hiking the Colorado mountains and skiing and snowboarding. We are a small family of three. When searching for a place in Hawaii we wanted to find a place that multigenerational families or a couple of families traveling together could enjoy. A place to gather, relax and enjoy meals together before and after a day out exploring. We absolutely love how central this house is to everything we love to do. It is easy to walk places and drive places. We love the large lush yard as well and have made a private oasis in the backyard.

We love the central location of this home. It is close to all of our favorite activities. We picked this home because it can accommodate the extended family and friends. There is ample living area to enjoy each other's company and have your private space. The North shore Kauai is gorgeous and not like any other area of Hawaii that we have seen.

We love the floorplan and location of the home.
Large suite upstairs with private entrance, house access and entrance.
Across from Makai Golf Club, jogging walking path and centrally located to all of Princeville attractions, beaches and restaurants.
We have left beach equipment such as chairs, snorkel gear, sand buckets, beach towels etc. We have tried to make this a perfect getaway that you can just show up to.
